We ordered the Flair Shasha low wooden…
We ordered the Flair Shasha low wooden detachable bunk bed. The package arrived very promptly and the instructions on how to build the bed (s) was pretty clear. The bed itself looks sturdy and well made (but its obviously still very new).
The one thing that I was really disappointed with, though, was the thoughtless packaging. I have never ordered something that generated so much unrecyclable packaging as the bedding things from this company. Each item for the bed frame was packaged in a plastic bag (there were more than 100 plastic bags in total). The mattress came wrapped in a huge plastic bag with a polyester lining AND inside another huge white sack - that's 3 very big bags for each mattress. Each box also contained huge polystyrene blocks (I was under the impression they were banned?)
So even though the items themselves are fine, the packaging has genuinely put me off from ordering anything from this company again... I would like to see them taking action in reducing their unrecyclable packing like so many other companies have done.

I have ordered from bed kingdom twice…
I have ordered from bed kingdom twice now, and both times there’s been an issue and the day of delivery I’ve got a message to say they either can’t deliver for whatever reason that day, or that they can only deliver a part of the order and I have to wait days and days for the rest of the order, it’s a joke tbh because both times I’ve dismantled my children’s beds ready for the new one to come, and then it dosnt leaving them on the floor for days, my children’s new bunk bed was due to be delivered today, so we dismantled their beds last night, ready to assemble the bunk bed tonight, now it’s not coming till Monday, so my children will spend 4 nights on a mattress on the floor, it’s not good enough to be honest, I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a bed almost two weeks ago expecting delivery within as stated at point of order seven to ten days. All I received was an invoice. As I heard nothing 10 days later I emailed to receive a patronising reply which showed no concern and told me I had got it wrong which I did not. No apologies no info just we are waiting on stock. Instead of keeping customers updated on progress of their orders they just ignore people. . Arrogant. Misleading advertising. Would think twice about dealing with this kind of company. They seem to have contempt for customers. It’s my money that keeps your company in business that you are sitting on. A little more respect and honesty for customers would go a long way. Welcome to the service industry in the uk in 2026. Awful

Ordered a sofa 11th June based on a…
Ordered a sofa 11th June based on a 14-21 day lead time. No notification sofa would be late. Chased continually. Notification that the sofa would arrive 14th August now 7 weeks late. Only part of the sofa arrived. No indication on where the missing part was or when it would arrive. Forced to ask for a refund after waiting close to 3 months.
Avoid like the plague.

We ordered a cabin bed
We ordered a cabin bed. Initially it was supposed to be delivered on the Friday. We was notified that the delivery company was delayed in traffic and would be later than Initially expected. However, they did not deliver on that day. It was eventually delivered on the following Wednesday.
My husband took most of the day to build the bed. However, the final result is a little disappointing because in parts the wood has split, leaving a poor finish.

From ordering, through delivery to assembly, the whole process was seamless. Although I was hampered by limited space, I took my time and the bunk beds now not only look good but seem of robust quality. As I write, our twin 7 year old grandsons are comfortably fast asleep, having expressed delight this morning after their first night in them.

Bought the high rise bed with computer…
Bought the high rise bed with computer desk underneath. The bed arrived on time, took 5 hours to assemble, which is fine as it is a big bed.
Unfortunately the bed appears very unsafe, wobbles every time my son moves in the bed he’s only 10 and a slim build.
He’s scared to slept on it due to how much it moves.
We threw his old bed frame away thinking we wouldn’t need it, nothing wrong with it either.
We are now going to have to buy a new bed, this is a waste of money.
Thank you for your response. We had checked everything was fitted properly, also screw fastened tight enough. There was nothing missing from the bed, but unfortunately moves every time my son has got onto the bed.

Excellent beds, poor communication re delivery.
The beds are excellent and I am very happy with those and managed to build them myself. However, I was contacted a couple of days before my agreed delivery date and informed it would be between 7am and 9am.
It wasn't delivered then. I received no update or contact and have to phone customer services a number of time to chase which was incredibly frustrating as I had to cancel all of my afternoon plans. The beds were finally delivered at about 2pm. The driver told me that I was no 7 of 10 deliveries and he was still loading the van at 7am!!!!! They were NEVER going to be delivered between 7-9am!
