Very disappointing experience.

I purchased two sets of curtains and returned both items in accordance with the company’s returns policy. The retailer received my return on 26 June, but I wasn’t contacted until 6 July, when I was informed that one set had allegedly been returned in an “unresalable condition.”

The only evidence provided was a close-up photograph that did not identify the curtains as the ones I returned or show the condition in which they were received. When I asked for evidence linking the photograph to my return, my concerns were not addressed.

To make matters worse, one set of curtains had never even been opened, yet I have still not received a refund for those either, despite the retailer raising no concerns about them.

The level of customer service I received was completely unacceptable. After I raised legitimate questions and asked for evidence to support the company’s decision, Jodi, Customer Service Team Leader, simply stopped responding to my emails altogether. Being ignored when trying to resolve a genuine issue is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially when all I was asking for was evidence to support the company’s decision.

I gave the retailer every opportunity to resolve this matter directly, but due to the lack of communication and the way my return has been handled, I have had to escalate the matter to my credit card provider.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

What a beautiful set of bedding, the bedding photo doesn’t do this set justice, the buttons on the duvet are just adorable, along with the bees 🐝 we couldn’t have chose a better set, I’m not sure I would have paid the full price, but I’m definitely happy with what we paid, delivery was good, the whole process of ordering and delivery was absolutely faultless, well done guys x

Everything was just like in the photos except the curtains which I thought would be darker. Not a problem though.

Ordered my item , was advised a timeline in which it should be delivered and it was . The bedding exceeded my expectations . I have had a few of their sets but this one’s texture is just lovely.

Easy to order, lovely quality duvet cover 5 stars. Unfortunately curtain lining is too long on one curtain so will need tacking up.
Also 5 Star for Dalton Park, store bought new winter duvet staff very helpful.
