Made an order , couldn’t track the status of the order, havnt got my package yet..I am never buying from benddington Bed & Bath! Total scam!!!

I had looked at over 60 landscape curtains & I found Beddington. I had ordered them & the. I realized it had been a few weeks & started to read the reviews. I was getting worried because it sounded like a scam place. And after a month I got my curtains. They are beautiful! The quality is good & it really changes the ambience of the room. I am so glad I waited for the curtains instead of panicking from the comments.

I found being patient was well worth the wait!

Do not order from this site.I placed an order for 2 leather car seat covers totaling $144.00 on 02.01.2020 and they charged my credit card immediately, but I have not received my package to date. All the tracking information disappeared on 02.06.20 and then I received an email from Beddington in mid February reporting a shipping delay but they did not give me an estimate of the wait time. Since then I have sent them 3 emails inquiring about the status of my order but have not received a reply. There's no customer service via live chat or telephone. Today I checked my account and the site now shows that I have not placed any orders and therefore, it is impossible to request a refund ( I have my order number and my bank statement as proof! I am going to contact pay pal to file a claim.

I PAID £93.00 FOR A QUILT COVER WITH INCLUDED £19.00 FOR POSTAGE.. I DID NOT KNOW THIS COMPANY WERE BASED IN CHINA. I HAVE WAITED 6 WEEKS TO NOW BE TOLD I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER £35 TO CUSTOMS WHO ARE HOLDING THEM.
BEDDINGTON REFUSE TO PAY SO I HAVE NO CHOICE..
I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL BUT THEY WOULD NOT GET ME A REFUND SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEM TOO.. FEEL CONNED!!

I bought 3 cushions with the understanding they would get a 4th one from another store to match! They never did and never gave me an answer about what to do! I was ill for a while and did not follow up! So now I have 4 chairs and only 3 cushions that I cannot use! Cannot find the bill and will probably have a hard time returning them! Very disappointed with this indifference!

The mattress covers were well-priced and debt, but delivery took 13 days... slowest of any Beddington's order I've ever placed, I needed them sooner and was not advised they'd take so long to arrive.

Placed my order on June 2, 2018. Still no email stating it was shipped and its June 15, 2018 now.

Beddington's is so easy and reliable. I always know the price is the best I can get anywhere and the service and delivery is always as promised.

Only complaint, the packaging was almost totally destroyed. Good thing the articles weren’t or this review would woukd not be as good.

Product came so quickly and was exactly what it advertised. Price was excellent. Extremely Happy!
