I don’t even know what this company is

I don’t even know what this company is. My mail delivery notifications sent to my email everyday says a package came from them and was refused and then returned to them. What package? What was it? How much was it? Why was it sent to me? How did it get refused and sent back when I never saw it? The only one I ever did that with was a recent kitty box. Not this weird company name.

Scammer Company with no integrity

Scammer Company with no integrity. Payment has no verification thus a lot of thieves steal people's card details and buy from this company. I was a victim of a thief stealing my card details and using it to buy USD$912 worth of items from this company. I tried to contact the company to atleast give me the name and address used by the thief when he/she transacted using my card, but the company did not bother to help resolve this issue. This company only thinks about their bottom line without caring about the way they earned the money. Money earned through theft from innocent people is not the way to build a business. I hope people will not support this dirty and unethical company.

Fraud Company! Please think twice before using their services!

My first ever experience went smooth with bedabox so again I decided to use bedabox services. I must say I regret using their services for the second time. They not only misplaced my parcel but also claimed that they didn't receive anything from my side. This was nothing but clear cut lie. The customer care is also horrible. They take 3-4 days to reply to your emails portraying as if they are the busiest and no. 1 company in the parcel forwarding business. Till this day I have not received my parcel and I was supposed to be updated on the issue I raised with their customer care but I have not received any communication/updates from their sides. My questions have not been answered. Such a pathetic customer care service. My Parcel has been delivered to the said suit number at my bedabox address. It was delivered through UPS and I can see the same being delivered on its Tracking page. It was delivered on March 8th 2017. So it has been 10 days at the time of posting this review. But bedabox outright refused to accept the fact that it has been delivered at their warehouse/office. Overall a fraud company. First they accept your parcel and then they claim that they haven't received anything in your name. I'm not going to do business with bedabox company anymore. I was going to forward a large shipment every month from next month onward. But looks like my luck saved me hundreds of dollars.

Update: I also emialed their CEO Jan Bednar , since he email provided to me during registration and he had personally emailed me in the past informing me to email him if I have any serious concern regarding bedabox services. But even he didn't showed any interest in my case and refused to help me locate my parcel.

Shipping solutions that work!

I had some doubts about trusting Bedabox at the beginning but after I spoke to Sabina in customer service, I decided to use them. I am glad I did. They shipped quickly and the rate was friendly. I will use them again.

Consolidating shipments with Bedabox

I used Bedabox to consolidate 3 shipments from Amazon and Ebay into one box and ship to my mother's address abroad. I think it's very convenient and I will definitely use them again.

Honest and trustworthiness shipping company

Honest people and trustworthiness company! I have been using it for three years to get the product that it was impossible before but this company made it possible. You lose something they work with to find out how to get or getting your money back. So good!

CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS VASTLY IMPROVED, TOTALLY RECOMMENDED IT.

i am long time customer of bedabox, but lately their services are going steeply down the hill. they reply to emails only 1 in 10 times. their chat is no longer functioning. they charge for insurance but WHEN THE SHIPMENT GETS DAMAGED BECAUSE OF THEIR CHEAP PACKAGING THEY NEVER HONOR THEIR INSURANCE COVER. STAY AWAY FROM INSURING YOUR PACKAGES , YOU WILL NEVER GET THE DAMAGES PAYED BY INSURANCE. THEIR INSURANCE IS SCAM. FOR THE RECORD,MY PACKAGE NUMBER WAS
damaged package CP-1338-6114.
UPDATE: BECAUSE OF MY WRITING IN TRUSTPILOT, THE MANAGEMENT HAS MADE MAJOR CHANGES TO THEIR WORKINGS, AND BROUGHT A SMART MANAGER MR LEO GOFFI, WHO HAS PROCESSED MY INSURANCE CLAIM AND SEND ME MY INSURANCE MONEY AND ALSO IMPROVED SERVICES IN BEDABOX. They never pickup their phone

I have to wait for a day to get responses from these guys and you have to send 5 messages before you receive one.

It's just some serious begging to get something done. Please pay for your freight forwarded. Free means you'll have to beg for simple things to be done.

EDIT: I received a message from the CEO and they corrected the matter and removed all the fees associated with my last purchase.

Really nice experience!

I ordered some stuff from Amazon and FedEx actually wasn't able to deliver the package to the warehouse and I wasn't able to find out why, because the business was opened and the address on the package was correct. I am not from the USA, so I didn't really want to call US FedEx and try to solve this, but from BedaBox's FAQ I understood it is my responsibility the package to be delivered, so I didn't want to bother them. I emailed BedaBox customer service and the lady offered me she will call the FedEx customer service and she solved the issue for me even though she didn't have to.

Then I wanted to consolidate all my packages, which took few hours, it was really fast.

I read some other comments here regarding the payment verification and I actually had the same issue - I shipped my stuff to France, but my billing address is in Great Britain, which is a red flag because of security reasons. I actually had this same issue in several other online stores, so I already known that a lot of businesses want to verify the payment manually to see the credit card/PayPal account isn't stolen. I emailed them and they explained me everything and they also told me they are working on a better payment verification system, so this will not be an issue anymore in few weeks.

I really enjoyed doing business with BedaBox and even though something might maybe take longer time, they always try to solve the situation, explain everything and make the customer happy.

Poor

I personally found Bedabox to be poor. I found their service to be clunky, slow - no super slow, and their definitely overpriced. The customer service was inadequate and inefficient. I mean they were friendly enough and ALWAYS polite but just so slow. I had them on a number of occasions to push things along. After making my initial order middle of November, it's taken me until this week 9th Jan, to get my package. I also found their website to be a little confusing, and I had trouble working out the status of my order. On one occasion it appeared that my package was out for delivery on its way to me, only for me to discover that my delivery charge payment hadn't been accepted, (although it was the same payment card that I used to make the initial purchase), and the item was just sitting in their warehouse. No one called or emailed to say there was a problem, and critically their system didn’t flag it either, just said order in process (or something along those lines).

Anyway I could go on but I won't, I experienced too small many issues with this company and I won't be using them again. Poor!

Fast consolidation and excellent customer service!

I have used several of these companies now from the USA and after an extremely bad on going experience with Viabox, I stumbled across the company more by luck than anything after searching the web for ages. For me this company ticks all the boxes. The customer service is excellent and the delivery prices (for me at least on delivery to the UK) were the lowest. Not one of the lowest but actually the lowest I could find.

Once I made a mistake with combining boxes for a delivery and they said they'd sort it out. Unfortunately they didn't due to some internal miscommunication and by way of apology they offered me 60$ off my next delivery.,, for my mistake (hence my review). If you have a problem you can even email the Director of the company and he/she DOES actually reply.

I've even had 'Consolidation' in a hour or so whereas some other companies advise up to 5 working days.

I think this company is relative young so I'd advise you to use them now and make the most of their customer service and low prices before they become more well known.

NOT great

I opted to use this service based on several key statements on the company's FAQ pages (which have only recently been updated). Namely; 60 days free storage, domestic (US) shipping & the use of USPS flat rate boxes.
About a week or so before I was ready to ship, I received an email which basically revoked all of these key benefits. I took screenshots of the website & queried them with the company, asking if they would honor their 'promises' as they were the reason that I opted to use them over their competition & instead of receiving a professional reply was attacked & basically accused of committing fraud. I felt as if my items were being held to ransom... at this stage, what other options did I have but to just go ahead & pay whatever their prices were? I couldn't really afford to start my xmas shopping all over again....

My items DID get to me & they were fine, but the hassle I experienced getting them almost negated everything.

If you are planning on using them, I strongly suggest that you double & then triple check any of their 'claims' that are relevant to you before placing your first order.

Great service!

I bought some Christmas gifts with BedaBox this month and I really like this company. The shipping prices are reasonable, storage is free for 30 days, so you have time to finish your shopping, do the consolidation and ship to your country. Customer service is also very nice and helpful. If you have any problem, just email them and they will explain everything and will try to help you.
