We have worked with Jordan for many years now and he always gives us exceptional service. It is a straightforward process and he does all he can to limit the amount of time I have to spend on utility contracts! Prices are always very competitive and he is very knowledgeable about the providers he recommends.

Karl was concise, no bs and seemed like a genuinely nice guy who was willing to help find me a good deal.

He always calls me ahead of my renewal dates with all the information he can provide me with the most competitive prices for the energy needed, and once the search agreement is in place, often comes back with even better pricing.

Read the Small Print
Not to be trusted, they give you a good deal at first, then on renewing, I was told the rates had increased by 20% but was closer to 40%.
Read the small print, I stupidly trusted them, as they had been so friendly, they quickly change once they have their commission.... which i mistook for the early termination fee. I was so wrong. I know why they were so friendly now..

June 26. & no, it is not resolved & wont be when dealing with people who behave like BEC, they get away with it, time & time again, people just read the good reviews, not the ones at the bottom.
