I have ordered from them on several different occasions. During one of their Tik Tok lives the owner held a giveaway and I won a cardigan which was supposed to be sent with my last order. I kindly asked her if she shipped it separately and she asked for me to provide my address again.
Upon returning from being away several weeks later, I realised that she had not sent me the item I had won. I raised it with her politely and she responded VERY rudely. After this she unfollowed me and blocked me. I am appalled by her behaviour considering I was a loyal customer who had bought from her shop several times and had left good reviews on her products. I think the way that she treated a supportive customer was poor.
Furthermore, her products are overpriced and I have since discovered other shops that sell similar looking items for cheaper that are better quality.

Avoid these companies at all costs!! Items are terrible quality from China and take weeks to arrive if they ever do!! The customer service is just terrible it takes several chasers for then to respond and then they have such a disgusting attitude.
Don't buy anything from this boutique as paid £34.99 for co ord which took weeks to arrive from China. Awful quality ! Avoid!
Would not buy off this website anything you like put on search on AliExpress and you’ll be sure to find it at a much cheaper price as they buy the clothes off there
