Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 106 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people found the website to be deceptive, often redirecting them to other sites or requiring payment for job applications that were initially advertised as free. Customers frequently reported issues with subscriptions, noting that initial small payments often led to unexpectedly high recurring charges without clear disclosure or reminders. The payment process was a significant source of frustration, with many users being charged for services they did not intend to subscribe to or for jobs that were expired or nonexistent. Some people were dissatisfied with the contact options, as issues like non-functional captchas made it difficult to reach the company for refunds or support. Additionally, the price structure was a major concern, with many feeling that paying for job applications was unreasonable, especially when the jobs themselves were often outdated or fake.

I applied for a job for my husband and…

I applied for a job for my husband and was asked to pay £2.90 but when being taken to the job, it did not exist. Today 25th November I was checking my bank account and have seen that this company have now taken £69.00 for premium membership which I NEVER EVER applied for !! I have now cancelled this as calling the number (which is in MADRID !!!!!), says that it is busy !!! WHY MADRID ?????? This whole thing has stressed me out. I am 72 and on a state pension and don't think I will get that £69 back. I think that this company is a complete SCAM & hope that they get taken to the "cleaners" for the stress it has caused me and probably many others. I pray that my cancellation has worked and from DEC 23rd I will not be paying. However, I will do my best to contact my bank as I would like that money back that they charged me for November. IT'S A CRIME !!

This is the worst site and service error. Scam company

This is the worst site ever. How on earth can you charge people to apply for a job?

How can an unemployed person pay to apply for a job if they don't have money and is unemployed.

This company will rather take your money if you have money or not. You must struggle just as long as they get their benefits from poor people who is looking to make an income.

They don't even give you a job nor can they guarantee you a job.

No other sites ask for payments to apply for jobs.

Avoid at all cost

As others have mentioned, this service is a complete scam. They prey on people in vulnerable situations, especially those struggling to find work in a tough job market. They make you pay a small initial payment just to even apply to a job opening, and then automatically move you into an outrageously expensive subscription that is not clearly disclosed. Most legitimate companies send a reminder email when a subscription is about to start or renew, but they do not. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

It'a a scam site

This is just a scam website. They don't have real jobs. They take jobs from other sites and slightly change them, then when you try to apply is redirects you and they collect ad revenue.

beBee exploits Job Seekers

Advertised jobs are incorrect or just false. Really sad to see people exploiting job seekers like this. I paid premium and found the jobs featured didn't exist.

Exploitative, preys on the desperate.

No reputable job board will demand you pay them a subscription for the privilege of being able to apply for a position. Reputable job boards also perform due diligence in making sure said positions even still exist, and don't scrape their listings from other job boards - or worse still - directly from company sites with a markup in the listed pay.

No matter how desperate you are to find work, your time (and money) is better spent elsewhere.

Bebee is a scam

This site is a scam. After paying £2.99, I then realised that the majority of the ‘vacancies’ listed aren’t vacancies at all, they’ve expired or not available. I then cancelled this.
Today, Oct 29th I realised that £69.90 had been withdrawn from my bank; I had no idea what this was as there were no details added. After contacting the bank they told me it was Bebee and on the 1st Oct the first £69.90 had been taken, that’s £139.80 in one month!
I have now requested this money to be refunded.
Do not use this job site, it is just a money making scam site!
