I love Beauty Pie and the products…
I love Beauty Pie and the products especially the pricing but find the inability to communicate with their customer service team very frustrating. Since placing my last order, I have sent them two emails and two online forms and no reply. Because of this my order in error is now going to the wrong address. My initial error for clicking on the wrong delivery address but a phone number would have meant i could quickly call to update them. As they are ignoring all my online correspondence I now have to wait for the delivery to be sent to the wrong address to retrieve :(

Every product I have purchased has been of amazing quality and value. I love their Japan fusion range and also the super healthy skin range of serums and moisturisers. I also would recommend the super cheek cream blush and the tubing mascara.
I can guarantee whatever you purchase you will be pleased with the product and amazed at the price.

Good products overall
Good products overall, excellent customer service. Quite a few changes since I joined a few years ago though - products more expensive & Beauty Pie advertises itself quite extensively. Lots of products I’ve used aren’t made any more, so I’m reluctant to try new things now as this company is perhaps more reliant on large numbers buying consistently than some of the bigger high st retailers. I’ve now switched back to the High St for quite a few products as a result of price/ lack of availability.

I am really not sure what’s happened to…
I am really not sure what’s happened to Beauty Pie. I have used them for the last two years not had any problems or need to contact their customer service. in the last two weeks I have had two orders not arrive. No response from customer service at all (messaged a week ago), I have also tried to contact them also via Instagram and Facebook messenger. Has something happened, is the company no longer operating? I have run out of the products I needed and I am having to start a credit card chargeback today.
