Love the products and the membership perks. Customer support is also reliable and top notch. My skin is really sensitive due to eczema but there are good products at Beauty Pie that takes care of that issue. Also love the packaging!

Early member who is unhappy
I have been a member of BeautyPie since 2019. Over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars on BP products and have sung their praise to everyone I know. However, my love for BP has lessened over the last couple of years.
The constant inundation of messages promising something we just can't miss out on due to its popularity has become annoying. These messages would not be so bad if they didn't seem like they were written by a 5 year old with ADD. I absolutely hate the 2-second videos that are used to "entice" you. I can't tell anything from them and have stopped bothering clicking through to find out more. The whole thing seems so unprofessional and immature.
I came for the quality skincare, not for candles, perfume, or especially for vitamin supplements. What is wrong with just focusing on what you do best? It used to be fun to peruse the website and see all the lovely products. Now it is a slog to sift through all the stuff I am so not interested in. I will not be renewing my membership after this year is up.

BP is very responsive when you have questions or problems. Canceling a trial subscription was super easy. I had a subscription in the past but needed to take a break because I went through a phase of not using or needing products. Beauty Pie is great!

I love Beauty Pie
I love Beauty Pie! This is the most unique concept. Their products are top of the line! Yes, there have been some products in the past that have been discontinued; however, I know the company has a good reason. They want to keep costs down for their customers. But...they are very innovative and come up with other great products. Bottom line - I feel they are very customer conscious. Wanting to give the customer the very best service and product. I really appreciate this. I find their customer service to be top notch, shipping times are on the mark, and they package their products well for shipping. Beauty Pie thank you for what you do!
