I ordered cologne from you and it has now arrived. You did take the money from the bank 10 days ago and did not tell me it could take up to 8 working days to arrive. Had you told me this earlier I would be prepared for the time it took.

Allowed to order and pay for goods beyond actual availability. However refund was granted for the missing three items and one did arrive. Disappointed not to get all four items but grateful for one and a refund. Swift replies to my emails. Nearly all good.

Item received was old (over 3.5 years), initially seller offered to refund me upon return. 2 months after they received the return via special delivery (my cost) they had not issued a refund breaching distance selling regulations, paypal had to resolve via a dispute

However, we would like to clarify that the item in question was not too old based on the shelf life stated by the manufacturer. Your fragrance was also checked via batch number according to our internal shelf life policy and was deemed suitable for sale. Perfumes generally have a shelf life of up to 10 years as long as they are stored correctly and have not been used.
We apologize for the delay in processing your return. Unfortunately, this was due to temporary challenges with our shipping partner, which affected the receipt and processing of return packages. All returned items are carefully checked before any credit can be issued, which also includes handling and registration in our warehouse.
We are of course disappointed that the matter had to be treated as a dispute - it was in no way our intention to cause any inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and use it constructively in our work to improve returns processes and customer communication.

Haven’t delivered my item
Purchased an item on 5th May. Their nominated courier did not deliver, nor did they leave a card. The company claims delivery was attempted but I was in all day.
I now have no way of locating the item & Beautycos are saying they will deduct the cost of the return from me.
I appreciate that sometimes deliveries don’t go to plan but this is not a normal way of dealing with things.
Exceptionally poor customer service overall.
If you have the option, shop elsewhere.

Pleasantly surprised
I went online to find a particular brand of men’s aftershave which is notoriously expensive and found it on Beautycos for a really great price. From start to finish the communication regarding my order and the delivery status was brilliant and it arrived in good time. My aftershave was well packaged and I’m over the moon with the product. I would highly recommend giving Beautycos a try, I don’t think you will be disappointed 😊
