Do not buy from these products will not be like the picture, they will offer 30% refund then upto 40%. Waiting for PayPal now as lights are dangerous and nothing like the ones advertised. Don't waste your time or money. Should have read reviews as super expensive mistake!

Do not buy their products. I get that everything comes from China but their customer service is horrible. I ordered some lights for a client which said dimmable on the website. Perfect, they came in and looked great actually but once we installed they weren't dimmable. After some back and forth with their customer service which felt like pulling teeth, they said that the wall light can change from natural light, warm light and neutral light. That is their dimming function. I said that it is not dimmable and that is a colour temperature change. They would not refund the order back due to false advertisement which it was!

I also have an issue with 3 pendant lights coming in damaged which they are not dealing with!

I cancelled an order for a light, and have promptly received a full refund. No quibble. Thank you for your good customer service.

Material was unimaginably terrible. Unwearable. thin, plastic s**te (sold as cotton blend!), quality of a kids cheap 1x use fancy dress item. A $1 item sold for £23. Also it's white on the inside and white drawstrings (picture shows black, picture also shows far higher quality / weight of material). I requested a return based on the above. initially offered 10% discount for 'inconvenience' Managed to push them to 40% after many emails. Apparantly they pay a high price for shipping from China and if you want to do a return then you must pay shipping both ways. In my case shipping both ways would have equalled or exceeded the full cost of the item.
Only praise i can offer is the speed of email reply / communication.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing a cardigan and wasting £34. As other reviews not what I ordered and real poor quality. Wish there was a minus star to give! AVOID

The Mens cardigan described for sale I ordered was nothing like what I received. I received a Womens cardigan. The cardigan received was nothing like the described sales picture. The quality of the received cardigan is complete rubbish and is not even fit to give away to Charity.. I have been mugged off.. I recommend you boycott this company.. Disgraceful..

The product arrived faster than expected, high quality. Worth it. P.S.: The notifications are all on time, every time. Great company to order from online from my experience.

Waited ages and when the jacket eventually came was NOTHING like the picture I asked for a refund but then they said I would have to pay for the delivery to me plus tracking back an if I kept it they would give me 10% off LOL, in the end they gave me 40% refund but still annoyed

Hoodie arrived at a long wait (probably due to Christmas period) and had some stains on in a couple of places. I contacted customer support who replied promptly and we arrived at a satisfactory resolution. My score is therefore primarily for the good customer support experience rather than the product.

Because of these great folks my friends and I had a great time during a Clued Up event! The product was top quality, fit exactly as described, didn't cost a fortune and looked great!

AVOID them, I ordered a cardigan that was supposed to be XL and would just about fit a child, it looked NOTHING like the photo, was very poor quality and they are now refusing a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS.

Company refusing a full refund like many people are saying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We will be out of pocket.

I was very sceptical when buying a very smart suit on here , it did take a little more time to arrive , but I now put that down to Christmas postal rush etc, the product itself is very very good quality and beautiful design, I would highly recommend using this company for a top rate and quality suit , I will be using these again and again , very happy with my purchase thanks guys

After searching for some exterior solar lights we found these.
Made the purchase, waited for a while for items to arrive but was told from the start it could take a while.
Lamps arrived and were terrific.
After a month or so we had a little problem with one not working so we contacted beautifulhalo and they promptly sent the parts to fix problem.
Both are working beautifully now they look really great, they even have 3 light settings on the lamp which I wasn't aware of.
I would definitely do business with beautifulhalo again.

The coat I order was mush smaller than I purchased so they asked for me to prove it. The support team made me take all these photos and countless emails to just offer me 5% return to keep the item. They would not exchange it even after admitting in ”there will be errors”

SCAM-order number #19181. I hope you've checked the reviews before buying, I wish I had. They send you junk which really is nothing like the item you 'bought" then will only refund it to 30%. Thieves and liars.

If I could give this company no stars or even minus stars i would.
I ordered a long line cardigan that was quite thick that cost me over £40. The item I received was a very poor quality product that was nothing like the one advertised. It was also extremely small for a 5xl.
After several emails they say they can't accept a return as they have sent the right item and have offered me a 10% discount to keep it. It's absolute rubbish, not what I ordered and wouldn't fit someone half my size. I certainly don't want to keep it and i want my money back or the item i actually ordered. They just ignore what I'm telling them and just trying to wriggle out of their trading obligation. Be very aware of this company
