I ordered a jacket and short set for my Granddaughter. The first order didn't arrive. So took a little longer to arrive, approx 2 weeks. I e mailed them and they did refund my delivery charge that I paid. They did also send me a replacement out. They did try their best to sort out the replacement, which I received. Lovely outfit and my Granddaughter loves it.

Ordered a dress got stuck in DPD depot said they started a case with DPD but the customer service is shocking I’ve got to keep emailing them for updates and it’s me who’s out of pocket no dress and no refund first time ordering definitely won’t be ordering again absolute shambles.

There are some pretty mixed reviews for this company. My experience was fine, the two piece outfit arrived quickly although the style really didn’t suit me or fit right so I had to return it. My refund took a little longer than I would have liked but I did receive my refund. I chased my refund via email and did get a response after 3 days. I guess we should be a little more understanding to small businesses who could potentially only have one or two members of staff. Not a bad experience overall.

Terrible customer service, unresponsive to my emails. I’m still waiting for this company to resolve my query since December! I have had to ring DPD to check if they made a claims form, DPD have confirmed this company still haven’t made a claims form in regards to a missing item I did not receive! Definitely will not be ordering from here again. Disappointed.

This is by far one of my favourite websites to order clothes. They have most amazing dresses and stunning outfits! So glam and I love the fact you have the option to pay clearpay. Delivery doesn't take long either. Great service! Highly recommend!!

Amazing, ordered a dress a couple of days before a party and turned up in plenty of time, had so many compliments on my outfit, have ordered several things from here and never fail to dissapoint!

Gorgeous, elegant and timeless pieces. Excellent customer service. This brand oozes sophistication with pieces which boast that high end London, Milan and Paris feel.

First of all, this boutique claims shipping is 2-11 days. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago (expecting shipping to be at least 11 days) and have yet to receive my package. They give you a tracking number that you can't track. When I emailed the customer service team all they did was provide me with the tracking number that I already have and that doesn't work. I tried to track my order in shopify and the tracking has not moved in 2 weeks. I needed this order for a special occasion, but now i'm scared it wont arrive in time or at all. I now have to find another outfit on short notice due. YAY!

Really impressed with the materials of the clothes. I love ordering outfits from beaut boutique making me feel very elegant.
