SCAM. Ordered from here few months ago. Paid for next day delivery. Nothing ever arrived. They delete their comments on instagram and run constant competitions to get their little scam out there. Have reported for fraud.

Disgusting company don’t know who runs it but they need a reality check on how to run a business properly🤣🥱sizes are like kids sizes and ignore you when you try to return the item, oh and they also state 1-3 day’s delivery and it takes 2+ weeks to come because they can’t be bothered to ship your parcel😂

Replied back to me saying I ordered a 6-8 no I didn’t I ordered an 8-10 and sent the parcel back after 14 days of it coming because it had burn holes in😂😂 and maybe I wouldn’t have to order a new size if your clothing sizes weren’t for kids I’m a size uk 10 and the 10-12 doesn’t no where near fit, oh and you’ve ignored me when I’ve asked to send it back for a refund, I have all the screenshots so please don’t try and lie

If I could give no starts I would absolutely disgusting this company, gave me a FAKE shipping number told me my dress would be here on Thursday this was on Tuesday messaged again as I couldn’t track it for them to say that I’d cancelled my dress which I hadn’t I messaged multiple times after this as I was just getting ignored from them and they was still posting on socials it’s disgusting meant to be a business nothing but scammers

Scammers! Do not order from these people. If you want to return anything then good-luck with that.
Customer service is none existent, when emailing they do not answer.
I had to go through PayPal to get a refund, which im currently waiting to be approved, because somehow my return wasn't received even though I paid for signed delivery WHICH HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR by them!!!!!

hasn't arrived ordered 11 days ago.

I ordered from this website last Tuesday needing an outfit for the Saturday. it had been advertised as 3-4 days delivery which left enough time. unfortunately this still hasn't arrived. Apparently this got dispatched the same day but have been provided with no tracking details for DPD. i have emailed but no response and messaged on Instagram but yet again no response. Do not order unless u have a year to wait for it.

Terrible customer service. Dress was awful quality. Refused to give me tracking just kept saying it was on the way. Paid for next day delivery and it took weeks.

I ordered an outfit for my daughter’s birthday on the 17th March and did not receive it.
The company said I needed to contact the carrier as it showed as delivered in their system, the next day I got an email from the carrier stating they were expecting to get a parcel from the company and they would provide an update. Their status has not changed and the company are still stating we need to contact the courier and not helping us or offering a refund.

This is still ongoing and I have a daughter without her birthday present.

I see on this trail I am not the only one with this issue. Use this company at your peril

i’m still waiting on my parcel i have emailed multiple times no response, i’ve been waiting 2 weeks when it was supposed to be around 3-5 days delivery, i have messages on instagram. i want a refund or i want my package shipped out.

Ordered dress on 10th March , was advertised as 2-4 days delivery. As soon I ordered the dress it was marked as dispatched and no confirmation email was received. After over a week and no dress I emailed the contact email address and had no response. I then messaged the Instagram page on 18th March and was replied to on 18th March saying they will chase this for me, I then messaged again on 22nd March to say I still haven’t received anything . They replied the next day again saying they will chase it as they have it marked as dispatched from their warehouse , i then missed a delivery (thinking it was this dress but it wasn’t) so I messaged again on the 25th March saying I still don’t have it . They replied saying it is showing as out for delivery on Thursday 28th March I finally received the dress on Saturday 30th March - 20 days after I originally ordered! Which is totally unacceptable in my opinion. From my experience I probably would not order from here again - and I would advise people to not order from here if they need an item for a particular date because it will not come when you want it too! I dread to think if it would have actually even come had I not chased it up several times! This company needs to send confirmation emails and stick to delivery time scales! Customer service is very poor, no apology or even explanations about why it took almost 3 weeks to come!

Ordered on the 12th it's now the 18th and still no sign of the dress, and DPD said they haven't even received it to deliver to me yet.

Send messaged on instagram that are being read and ignored so I'm unsure how genuine this?

Gutted tbh I need this dress asap and no update apart from telling me it takes up to 5 days to process my order.

Recently got my first dress from this store and was firstly impressed with the speed of dispatch and delivery. The dress itself was stunning and of an excellent quality; thick material that doesn’t crease. Sizing was good and the fit was lovely; perfect length and width to look exactly like the website picture. This will be a go to store for the future
