Beatchain has been a great platform for artists like me! It has helped to grow me as an artist. It has helped me to build and monitor my success at a steady pace. Nikki Camilleri has been a great person on the team to work with, she has always been extremely attentive to my needs as an artist!

I’ve been using Beatchain for nearly a year now . The service is great . They really help to get your music out there. Support with promo and discounts with partner companies . I’ve used this to make music videos through Rotor. It’s easy to track revenue and streams and help build up a fan base. I did have an issue recently and Dan did an amazing job sorting things out for me . As distributors go they are excellent but offer much more than you’d expect . Lots of tips and advice . You deal with people not robots.

Man, I've been searching for a distributor that helps with professional distribution as well as marketing and promo and I'm glad I found Beatchain. If you're an established, independent artist and want to streamline your workflow all the way through to the marketing aspect, then go to Beatchain. Support is pretty responsive as well

my account was blocked without notice or explanation. my earnings were simply withheld. Real Fraud!

They're undecided . first, they provided free service . hen they switched to paid service . payments are updated within 90 days . bad

I released one song with Betachain, they are no Problems. But , since yesterday, i can´t refresh my insights. I can´t click the refresh Button at the website, and the app says "Failed to update your insights". i wrote to the support, but no answer XD. I hope it will be fixed. Because without this bug, its the best Free Distributor !!

Had some issues like all software early on but has now become my go to platform. Really good free distribution and easy to use Hypelink and web site features. No hidden costs like others. I’d definitely recommend anyone to try it out. Nothing to lose and lots to gain.

Please use Distrokid instead. Don’t make my same mistakes.
Hey y’all, musician here. I’ll keep it short. Beatchain sucks. Weeks before my album release I submitted my music. 4 songs. There was no prior warning that i needed to buy a specific subscription. Because of this, only Beatchain only submitted three songs for distribution, 3 WEEKS after I submitted. They almost completely ruined my release, even after I paid for their lame subscription. Since then I canceled my release and went over to Distrokid. They had every song and all the important bits uploaded and ready in under 4 days, unlike beatchain, who couldn’t have cared less about the customer (me). Beatchain left me no choice but to cancel my *planned* release, and almost completely ruined my drop date. They still haven’t taken down my website, or the f-ed up youtube playlist with only three songs.
DO NOT USE BEATCHAIN
GO WITH A TRUSTED SERVICE
THEY LACK THE SKILLS AND CARE of every other distro platform
They just want money. No care for their PAYING customers

This is an incredibly useful platform to distribute music, however the pages doesn't clarify whether you can takedown or make changes to your releases. If any Beatchain employee is reading this review, please respond as soon as possible!

great customer support they respond very well immediately. the only thing missing is that you can't withdraw money from PayPal, and I hope it will be better in the future . it's great that you can see all the fan pages on the site together .

Beatchain is a great distribution platform for new artists! They provide free distribution aswell!

I am an actual person and this is terrible. I waited a week for my song to come our and it never did. Do use this, use Distrokid

I have been using Beatchain for about 4 months now.
Its a neat app for managing my Spotify and social media insights and is a doddle to set up - literally 2 minutes!
When I first used the android app it was quite buggy, but it is way more stable now.
There are also a load more features added in the time I have been using, though it would be nice if the mobile app could get all the features (would rate at 5 stars otherwise).
Also it is a bit annoying that the screen won't rotate when I use my iPad (though I usually end up using the web version anyway).

We downloaded Beatchain at the end of February when there were still a few teething problems.

We were stunned at how great the app looks, and immediately moved over our whole social media management operation onto the platform,

After daily use over the last six months we’ve got nothing bad to say about Beatchain - it works on our company iPhone just as well as it does on my battered old Motorola.

Give these guys a chance and you won’t be disappointed!

Beatchain has come on a huge distance from their early beta days and offer a plethora of services for independent creators as well as excellent paid marketing features which every artists needs to grow and engage their fan base.

They really seem to care about the artists on their platform and their support team have been excellent

The app is pretty straight forward and easy to use, but when I ran into problems the customer support was fast to respond and sorted me out straight away.

As an independent Artist manager, this is just the tool-kit I have been looking for - it helps me track all my Artists' social media and streaming stats, plus there's some other tools that are really useful.
