The support team was extremely helpful

The support team was extremely helpful. I had signed up for the barista’s choice subscription and I had thought that I would get a variety of different types of beans so I selected four bags for the order. But when my order came, it was four bags of the same type of beans which I tried and realized I didn’t really like. When I reached out to support, they not only let me redo my order at no charge, but they let me select a variety of four different types of bags for a one time order change! I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and understanding they were about my situation.

Fantastic friendly service

Fantastic friendly service, beans were freshly made and delivered quickly. A comany that actually care about you and do there best for you! The beans I received were not to my liking and these guys sent me a different brand completely free of charge. I did not expect that! Good range of beans to choose from I would recommend

Great service…again!

Had an issue with a delivery, opened a new case, submitted a picture and a couple days later the issue was resolved. No muss, no fuss.

I have sent online emails multiple…

I have sent online emails multiple times to no avail. When I rang the guy put me on hold then the line went dead and he didn’t call back. I am so frustrated with this whole process. Please can someone resolve my issue

Quick response. Great communication and desire to resolve any issues that transpire. (have only encountered one in a year of being a customer) Great customer service is a rare find.....and is much appreciated when you feel like you are the only person they are dealing with.
