I ordered Tommy Bahama St. Barts body spray. I ordered 7 and paid 10.99 for shipping. Package came quickly and I was excited because it is really hard to find. OMG when I tell you that the body spray was plain water I think. Each one of them had no smell. I thought I had Covid. I had to get the last of my spray and ensure I wasn't going crazy. I am glad I purchased this with my new CC so I can put in a dispute if they decide they don't want to take it back. Update: Come to find out they changed the recipe for the body spray. I’m so disappointed. I got a refund but needless to say I can’t fight for my shipping cost.

Ordered a BLUE SHIRT 3 times! 3 times they sent me a GREEN SHIRT. No inspections, no updates on merchandise availability, no corrections made to online items. Another item backordered for ages. Asked to cancel this item. Was told it can't be canceled. WHAT?Terrible customer service! Sounds like the same dumb jerk every time I call. Shop elsewhere.

So bealls state they have the lowest prices thus no more sales i was shoe shopping sketchers and easily found them cheaper than what bealls is Claiming???

Called to find out why I had a late fee. Minimal payment was $41. I had mistakenly paid only 40 so now I have a $30 fee for a late fee. I have been doing business with Bealls department store for over 13 years. I will no longer buy anything else or spend any gift certificate or gift cardss for my family at this department store .

Did finally get item I ordered with no problem. My complaint is the flooding of emails I received. It took me 2 months to get them to stop.

Beware.i wasn’t getting my bills. I called headquarters and asked for the balance. They told me the wrong balance which I paid off and a month later I was charged three late fees. The first late fee was for the month of July. And the next two late fees were for not paying that the July late fee on time. no one bothered to tell me I had a late fee when I called for the balance in July.

Purchased four pair of shorts at the Inverness Highland store. The first pair the button came off while trying it on at home (returned them). Two pairs the zippers broke after one wash. That leaves me with one pair of shorts that I can still wear. Will no longer shop at this retailer.

Although the prices are good and my wife really likes the place, I do not allow her to go on her own. The store she shops in Florida City, Fl. is a shoplifters heaven. They walk in and walk out with literally bags full which they bring with them. I have witnessed this first hand, there is no security whatsoever and am afraid that one day they will start robbing the customers as well as they do the store. A tragedy waiting to happen…

My husband and I visit all the Bealls Outlets we find. Of all the workers who have helped us, the one who has treated us the best is a woman named Mirabel at 2710 Tamiami Trail, Naples. She is always ready to help and treats us like a friend in a very professional way. Thank you, Mirabel!

Ordered items, never left original location, but can’t get a refund or cancel the order. Bealls is holding my money.

OMG, where do I begin!!!!! First, I've been a CC customer for decades. I used to live in Florida for 33 years until Hurricane Ian wiped me out and I had to leave. I was ordering online. I have never, ever been late with a payment. I tried to place an order yesterday and charge my Bealls CC, it wouldn't go through. I looked up my last statement and there was more than enough to use, but on my account website there wasn't. I spoke to a rep and got no where and then I talked to a supervisor, rude Sean (sp) who explained to me that they lowered my available credit due to my credit report. First of all why are checking my credit report I didn't ask for an increase. It was only an $80 decrease but why????? So, due to this stupid kind of business practice I canceled my CC. I was a faithful, on time paying customer, not any more. I hope you're proud of yourselves. Go to hell! Also, they never informed me this was being done.

Since there are never any sizes I need at the store, I decided to place an on line order. Big mistake! My order had multiple items, which were not full filled correctly; half the order came in all the wrong sizes. Returned the incorrect items to the store. A week later, I Called and placed an order by phone for only two items. One size that came was correct; the other item requested was a large and I received a small. Took the small back to the store and was told by the clerk that particular item came from a Bealls outlet store and they could not return it for me. So now I received an incorrect item and it is my problem to send it back via mail and I get to pay the postage or find a Bealls Outlet to return it to, but the nearest store to me is closing down. Never again will I deal with this store.

Nothing is in stock, nothing is advertised like it should be. The store in new port Richey is greatly going downhill. It’s nothing compared to other stores. Especially other bealls. Heck when I visited my relatives in Texas there bealls is ten times better with being cleaner and a wide selection of more items.

I called customer service about my bill ,that i thought was paid and found out the payment from my bill pay hadn't gone thru,tho their was no indication from my bank . what they said was, I would still be charged the late fee even if I paid the bill info that was their policy. The following month i made a payment of 30$ toward the bill, i'm calling to find out why the bill was still so high they told me my payment minimum was $37 and they charge me another $40 in late fees because they didn't receive the total payment. I stopped using the card months ago yet I still have a winding bill every month. If it wouldn't affect my credit, I would just dissolve the entire account but unfortunately I have to pay it but I will never go into a store again or use the card again and when I gone into the store and try to return something they wouldn't take something back even with the receipt. had this problem with any other store that I've shopped in. I can't believe this, but I'm done.

I paid off my account in full in August. In September they said they added a $2 interest AFTER I paid in full. They then added a $30 late fee on $2
I called and they said they would correct the error but instead my credit report dropped 30 points and they decreased my limit by $500
Now my username and password doesn’t work. I keep written monthly account records and can prove my statement. I wish I never got this card! I shopped there regularly but now I will shop elsewhere!
I checked my balance the same day I paid the balance so there should not have been any more interest fees!

Horrible cashier..I wanted to ask a question..she cut me off..very rude and nasty...seems like..she hates her job....SMILE....
