We hired this company to build a home…

We hired this company to build a home for us around December 2023. The house was livable, but not quite finished late October 2024. We still need work done at the house as of today (6/28/2026) there are multiple things that still need to be addressed and finished. We have tried contacting Jesse numerous times to get our final walk-through completed and review our homes warranty. We have had two major leaks from outside water getting into the house in two different rooms. This has happened SEVERAL times this year. Our insurance company was shocked to hear a newly built home had leaks already.
It would be great to have a completed home, especially when the company has been fully paid.

Do not give them a deposit!

We hired Beachy Buildings to build a metal building for our business.
We gave them a $30,000 deposit. Once the city approved the permit and it was time to build, they changed our contract amount from $130k to $175k and would not adhere to the contract we signed, stating that prices had increased and tariffs were applicable. Nowhere in the contract did it state we had a certain amount of time before they would increase the pricing due to the city's approval of the permit. In the original contract, a cement floor was included, but after they increased the price, they excluded the cement floor, leaving us to "figure it out" on our own. We wanted to take our business elsewhere, but they would not refund our deposit, leaving us with no choice.
Please be sure to exercise CAUTION when using this company, and DO NOT PROVIDE A DEPOSIT unless you are certain you wish to proceed with their services.
