Controller Support A+

I was following the guidelines set by Best Buy to contact Beach Camera if I did not receive my Xbox Controller by a certain date. When I did, I received a VERY prompt and quick response from Mariz A. She reaffirmed that my order was in process and to give it 10 days before i responded back. Within a very short time, the USPS tracking number updated, and only a few days later I am setting up my controller.

So i wanted to leave a positive review for Mariz A. and Erica P. for their help. The responses felt a little AI-generated, but regardless, it was all truthful and helpful. And i am very satisfied with my purchase.

Great price, Great experience.

I bought an item from Beach Camera because it had the best price, even better than Amazon or any other retailer. Plus it came with free shipping. It arrived and it was in perfect condition. I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to order from Beach Camera again.

Renewed Samsung Soundbar

Last month I purchased a renewed/refurbished soundbar from Amazon (Beach Camera is the seller). It arrived in better condition than I thought (I was initially concerned). So far, performance has been as good as new. A few weeks ago I noticed that a competitor was selling the same device for a notably lower price. I reached out to Beach Camera asking if there was any chance I could get a price match (especially since I was still in return window). Mariz promptly responded, requested additional information, which I provided, and elevated the request for review. It was approved (I'm very pleased). Thank you to Mariz and Beach Camera...hopefully this sound bar lasts a long time!

Support came in clutch

Shoutout to RIZZA MAE, LARIZA, RIZALYN, and MARIZ — they were great throughout the process. My TV had a noticeable defect which bothered me a great deal. But they resolved my issue and made sure I was satisfied, which I really appreciated.

Terrible repairs

They did not test the product that they repaired for functionally. Sold me a broken robot vacuum. If you repair a product than the most common sense procedure would be to test the product after right?

Mariz and Julie were very helpful

Mariz and Julie were very helpful. But, I would like to give my greatest thanks to Angel from Customer Service. He cut through the red tape and was able to resolve my refund issue efficiently and tactfully. I was waiting for an answer from BeachCamera. But, Angel went above and beyond. He not only got me a refund, but also told me that I could dispose of the broken tv that I purchased. Please give Angel a raise!!!! Many thanks!!!!
