I consulted to BDO (South Africa) to build a system that would perform analysis of financial document but after months of hard work, they have not paid me in full and have used unreasonable and questionable tactics to avoid payment.
I have been extremely unsatisfied with the help I received from BDO. I am about to pay 17.000DKK for receiving no help.
In my email exchange, I asked many questions that went unanswered. As the deadline for some decisions was getting closer , the replies got slower and slower. In the end, I had to act on my own accord, and I just had to take a shot in the dark. I still don't know if I made the right decisions, but I am paying 17.000DKK for the questions.
As of now, the last email from 2 months ago with a question in it: "So what should I do? I think the only option is to call Skat now" - is still unanswered.

I was in the middle of a complaint via email and when I asked for explanations of a fraudulent act by one of their clients a PLC they blocked me from corresponding. I am prevented from naming Mr Kershaw based in your Leeds office. I am not saying he has done anything dishonest but you are auditing the corrupt Begbies Traynor Group PLC and misleading their shareholders as no mention of their frauds was Included in their audited accounts.
