Unreachable

Purchased sunglasses online and got no shipping confirmation. It's impossible to email Bckspace via their website and they also don't provide an email address. Their phone number does not work. After some searching, I found the email info@... and never got replies.

The sunglasses eventually arrived but now I need a warranty claim and I can't contact them.

To be clear, I don't live in NL and can't go there directly. I don't even know if this store exists.
