We ordered dream catchers for our store, added other merchandise and were shorted the dream catchers.
Asked them to ship them and they complained about the cost to ship by courier, asked them to mail, been months and no replacement or money returned They keep saying they are sending them and never have.

More then happy with my sofa after a present service in store with a very helpful lady, my soda was finally delivered on time to day exactly as said. The delivery was very friendly and helpful Excellent service would 100% recommend

We have always bought our sofas from scs, very friendly helpful bunch of staff. We went to the birstall store on the 03-01-2018 and ARIFF the sales manager made us feel more than welcome. He made the children hot chocolates and me and my husband a coffee. Felt right at home doing the paperwork while sat on the sofas drinking our drinks. Can't wait for the new sofa to arrive in 10-12 weeks (or less) Katie and Shane

Was just in for a nozy to see what SCS had to offer on the 15 Sept. Bought SOFA. Best customer experience ever.Bruce just started on the Monday and his manager was great. The best part was that Bruce split his trousers in the morning and was still working away lol. We had a great laugh at this and it never put him up or down. Can't wait to 're so be our sofas and will be back to get our carpet. BRUCE hope uve got new breeks:-) xx Tess and Murray

Men were a great help set up dofa amd clearered all there rubbish away great customer service and friendly

The two lads Jimmy and Jay had a hard time carrying the sofas up all the stairs but they did a great job. The lads were polite and pleasant , they did not leave until the sofas were placed where i wanted them , they made sure the fittings worked and they didnt leave any packaging.
Well done lads

The delivery was on time .the men were very quick and efficent and took all the packaging away.

And the delivery men lee dave and nick were very friendly and rung an hour before to let me know what time my delivery would be

I would recommend this company as we had a good experience in the with David at the retail park in Horwich he made sure we were comfortable the choice of sofa that we picked so yes I have recommended SCS to my friends and family members
