They refuse to make a formal complaint, sometimes they just send a blank email as a reply. They lie, I was told I was refunded 17 days ago, and they won’t send proof of the refund transaction. Instead playing dumb saying they’ve sent it and that I should accept that as proof??? Unhappy customers you can: go to resolver.co.uk and we can complain through here. Also contact your bank for a refund, they’re very helpful. Citizens Advice also helpful.

Just so no one else falls for this like I did, it says it’s free and it is to send messages but you have to pay to read responses which to me is false advertising 😞 most of the users are from Africa or continental Europe too

Site makes it difficult to communicate with others if you don't have a membership. Don't like the tier system. You should pay flat fee for all access.

This is not bbwcupid this is should be called bbw to hell . Because it is really hell more than imagine. All women are rude and aren’t willing to respond at all if you are out of states same thing with Canadians , Australians even British women . No exceptions woman mentality is very limited tend be more stupidness than smartness . They not even give you a chance to express to them who you are and what are you looking for . More than 100% of women do not want to response . Despite I'm not looking for money or green card I only looking for the relationship and they refuse at all because the distance . This site ( BBW TO HELL ) it is basically design for a woman not for men . And it may works for only
American men if you are out of states your chance to receive even one reply almost 0

Sadly it mainly consists of women with health issues not their being "big, beautiful women" per se. There is also a rather pricey tag for having no sort of love feature other than texting.
