BEWARE-Don't use this site-SCAM

BEWARE! Do not purchase items on this site. Avoid being scammed. I purchased an advertised NFL jersey for a Christmas present for a family member which was to arrive prior to the Holiday. It didn't and I received no notifications of a delayed delivery. Although the Bazatify website indicates to contact them for issues with sellers or products, when I did they advised me they don't handle the complaints and directed me to the seller's email. An email name that did not match the name the Invoice stated the money went to. The seller responded with a vague, "Its on the way". I received the item a month later (Tracking information was never available). The jersey was some fake imitation that looked nothing like the posted picture and not at all similar to a NFL jersey. The size received was about a med-large, but I ordered a 3XL. The jersey also had NFL patches which are only allowed on authenticate certified NFL products This was not. I sent emails to the seller and Bazatify noting the problems and demanding a refund. I never received a response. SCAM site!!

I didn’t think I would ever get my…

I didn’t think I would ever get my purse but it came in and it looks wonderful . But to get a hold of them you can not . I have tried through Facebook and the number they have listed under Facebook . I am really happy with my product but the customer services is horrible with all the bad reviews on this site I didn’t think my purchase would come in. I bought something before from this company and it never came in. But I forgot that I bought something from them . I would have never tried to buy something from them again but I forgot I already did . Mixed reviews

I ordered a shirt October 28

I ordered a shirt October 28. I never received it and I have not received a response to my multiple emails from either Bazatify or the company I purchased from: Repa Shirt LLC.

Of course they did process the payment.

Bazatify is a total scam

The site is a total scam. The product quality is a 1 out of 10. My son won’t even wear it. It took a long time then they won’t even return the item or respond to the complaint. Do not fall for this scam. Total waste of money.

These people are scammers

These people are scammers, trust me don’t order from them . I’ve been requesting a refund since 9/15/2025 and it’s 10/3 and no product or money they owe me $151 and change” for 2 jerseys I ordered then cancelled 1 day later before the order was even processed.I was emailed by the seller name Nancy Bumbaugh on 9/15 saying I would get my refunded to me in a few day, a few days came and went no refund. I emailed her again and no response…I sent them numerous emails to both the seller and the Bazatify support team because on their website page they tell you if you have any issues with the seller to contact their support, and they have never got back to me not one time. So I’m convinced they plan on ignoring me and keeping my money even though they canceled the order weeks ago and never processed my refund, that’s a scam!

I would give it no stars if I could

I would give it no stars if I could. I ordered a custom jersey size adult large. It took a month to get it in and when it came, it was a youth extra large. I emailed them about the problem, few days later they finally replied with a request of pictures of the jersey with a tape measure going across.. I immediately did that and sent it to them. Few days later I asked if there were any progress, they sent the exact same email please send pictures. Since then, all correspondence have shut down, approximately 10 days now, and I have requested that American Express started a dispute to get my money back.
Boy, this site is confusing. I guess I should be aware of Chinese websites.
