Excellent service and Very Professional Guidance . Prompt shipment and delivery

Deal was misleading and outdated. Read the fine print as my piano purchase didn’t include the bench as advertised. Came with free headphones that are awful and done even fit the jack.

Called Bravas and the response I got was “read the fine print” and “you’re lucky to get a piano during covid”. Poor customer service.

Very easy to deal with prompt shipping. I would recommend Bava's for music instruments.

Great price and my order arrived very quickly but besides that, I'd completed an order online and forgot to add something so I called the store from QLD. They were able to add the extra item for me and were really helpful.
