With my first baby due in four weeks and my house torn apart after an air‑to‑water system install, I was under huge pressure to get everything sorted fast. I needed the items delivered within three days, and Natasha absolutely came through for me. She understood the stress I was under and handled everything with such care and empathy. It made a world of difference.
I found bathshack staff to be friendly and helpful when I spoke with them on the phone. They helped me with my queries about their products and their delivery guy was also pleasant and went to bother to locate my address.
If I could, I would rate Bathshack zero. Unfortunately, we’ve found them to be unreliable. We are still waiting for the tiles we ordered, and despite speaking to customer service every day for a week now, we keep hearing the same explanation about an issue with DPD that they cannot resolve. However, no replacement order has been sent either.
At this point, we have requested a refund, which we hope to receive soon, especially considering how much we paid for both the tiles and delivery.
Just to amend and answer to the reply that DPD sent notification to us too to say that they attempted to deliver but we were home all day that day even when I received the notification. I do understand that was not Bathshack’s fault but neither ours as we were expecting the delivery and were in!

Had to make several phone calls as delivery was late by days after been promise items ordered were in stock even though all items were not in stock Then my Plumber sent me a video showing missing part of tap that I ordered (and the tap was very expensive), I'm on holidays while bathroom is getting done and I've had to make several phone calls and emails to try get the missing tap part without success, I sent video from plumber explaining that he checked box and part was not included and still bathshack are looking for photos. My plumber is due to finish work on my bathroom tomorrow and without all parts of tap he can not fit it. SPOKE to a lovely chap Glen in Bluebell shop and he tried his best to help me but could not as his manager is away for two weeks so he put me on to customer service whom promised to ring me back but did not. Only for Glen been so nice, I would have lost the plot. Now I have to try contact customer service again tomorrow as they finish at 5pm. I certainly would not purchase from this company again.

We had a great experience at Bathshack as we fitted out an entire new build with tiles, laminate floors and bathroom units.
We worked with Jacob in the Antrim branch, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - reviewing the house plans, mocking up 3d models of what it could look like, helping us realise our vision while being mindful of our budget.
We are delighted with the results, and would highly recommend stopping by their showroom if you are in the market for flooring and/or new bathrooms
Needed some instruction manuals for previously ordered items. Spoke to Evan who dealt with this immediately. Very happy with service provided by Evan
Excellent customer service. The customer service team were very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. We experienced an issue with a product order via the website. Customer service (esp. Sarah) provided quick and accurate guidance about how to resolve the issue - turned out it wasn’t an issue with the product but with the install. Couldn’t have asked for better assistance.
Dealt with Mathew & Sean in the Cork Showrooms and they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful to deal with. Excellent Customer Service and gorgeous products - they have a huge range and nothing is a problem!! Keep up the great work!!

It arrived with part of my order missing. I tried to contact them, but they kept closing the chat without responding. After several attempts, someone finally got back to me and said they would look into it. It then took another week for a different person to contact me, asking for some details and photos. Now several more days have passed, and I still haven’t been offered any solution.
Update 16/04/2026: I received an email yesterday from customer support, which I replied to right after. We then received a call later on, during which we were told they would call us back this morning, but we have not yet received their call.
