After being a Bath Rugby supporter for many years I've ended my support after they have repeatedly refused to refund £400 in ticket money for a game that is postponed because of covid 19They keep telling me that I can use the tickets when the game goes ahead or get a refund when the dates are confirmed. I know now that I cannot attend the match whenever/if ever it goes ahead. Just like the airlines, they are trying to hold on to customers money for as long as possible and put as many obsticles in the way of getting a refund. I love Rugby but it pains me to say that it has gone the way of soccer and is now under the control of spivs and parasites. Be warned before you buy a ticket.
