Bought a WC and basin combo from these cowboys, after fitting the toilet it leaked so spent time and money replacing the obvious pan connectors etc to no avail. Then found a crack in the back of the pan, stress crack from manufacturing that someone had done a bad job repairing. Basically I had been sold a grade B when it was advertised as new. After 3 days of emails back and forth, they haven't got a clue as to what they are selling, they told me the warranty was only 30 days and I would not be getting a replacement. Real cowboy outfit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

75 days since they agreed a refund for a faulty product.
Letters sent as advised by CAB (trading) at a price!
After excuses as to why they couldn't pay it back into either of my accounts they requested paypal details which i provided and guess what NO REFUND

10 year warranty only covers items that basically dont wear out so not of any real use. Their prices are competitive however but its the peanuts and monkeys routine Im afraid.

Poor delivery and haven’t been reimbursed

Seriously read the reviews before buying!!!. I ordered on Friday and paid for next day delivery, received no confirmation email. Tried contacting them by phone on Monday but can’t get through, sent numerous emails, finally got one back saying they have to check stock then absolutely nothing. I did read the reviews but thought I’d just buy and what a mistake that was. I would avoid this company 😡 definitely not a reputable company.

I recently purchased new taps for the bath and couldn’t believe the low cost from Bathroom Republic. Having looked about and seen what some places were charging, we found BR and after looking through the vast selection, we found what we wanted at a fraction of the cost. Next day delivery was cheap and good service. Definitely use BR again when looking for any other taps.

I recommend changing couriers. The product has still not arrived, not even an update. this is day 13 since purchase. Should have checked reviews on your company. you have the lowest rating in your sector and so does your courier!

Customer service is a disgrace!
I have had 2 shower valve knobs on 2 sets of showers fall apart on the fitting.
So they could still be used I glued them on.
When contacting customer support I was told to take photo's and measure items, no problem.....
27 emails later going back and forth I have been advised the the phot's are no good as the tiles behind are the same in both showers, they will only replace 1 set when 2 are faulty and now want a £10 shipping cost to be posted from to UK to UK!!!
I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company if you want any customer service after a purchase.

Good service

I purchased a toilet and seat from Bathroom Republic.

Toilet seat not fit for purpose, the mounting bracket is made of thin, brittle plastic and has broken twice within 12 months (im 11.8 stone, and this toilet is in the en suite).

Bathroom republic replaced it once, but refused to replace is a second time (both within 12 months or purchse).

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

The return email and address are all fake, there is no return or cancellation service, Don't shop with this company, they are scammers.

Wrong size pipe fittings for standard UK like it describes. Have to get a reducer to fit taps to standard uk flexi 👍🏼 buy cheap buy twice. Took them to screwfix and they've never seen pipe fittings that size. Spent the weekend fitting a bathroom to then get stumped on a Sunday because the pipes fit absolutely nothing standard
