The WORST WORST WORST experience ever.
On my journey from Munich to Whole Festival the bus broke down (due to absence of maintenance) and we were left waiting 4 hours by the side of a highway without water or any information about when we could leave. The police (not bassliner) brought us water and arranged for us to be moved to a service area with their cars. On the way back, we had more than 3+ hours delay. No information whatsoever. Never with this company again.

Really useless system and customer service. Contacted them 4 times in a month to try and change my ticket for a different departure date, as I wasn't aware that you needed a special ticket to arrive on the first day of the festival when I bough it. I didn't get any useful reply until last minute. At this point I had downloaded the ticket, which was necessary to try to sell it on Ticketswap. Because I downloaded it, they just reply in a rude manner, that they can no longer help me. This is the weirdest thing. Even Deutche Bahn can change tickets, just because you downloaded them? Will do my best to find an alternative for another time, to avoid this scam company.
