The most worst and bad bank in my experience!
For waited payments they only always saying "just wait, just wait".
Spent 4 days with them on the phone, explained that it is important payments. I asked them to call correspondent banks - they nothing doing. The payments in sum was more then 100k dollars, and because of them I loosed it.
In the end they say "payment was rejected and sent to sender"

I always repaid the last loan on time with the same loan installment as I wanted to take the next one. Now there are some problems with the credit and he is not giving it to me. I do not recommend this bank for humanity. I have much higher earnings than before.

Everything has gone painlessly, and very believable.

I think it all went pretty smoothly. I did have some trouble with uploading some documents, but that was fixed with a short call to the business. All in all, I got nothing bad to say.

everything was quite simple and when contacting by phone they gave very clear explanations, thank you.

It took long time to get an answer for accept of loan.

Basisbank almost modern and flexible bank with well organized sistem and good team workers!

Like everyone else, I have also received a letter announcing an increase in the interest rate. They say the business is not going well. I could say that mine doesn’t work well either, can I pay them a few percent less in interest? And just send them a simple info letter? Of course not. But they can.

Easy and quick to setup, even during holidays. Recommended.

I can not recommend Basisbank.
I have an expensive loan with them at an interest rate of as much as 16.19% per year.
Now Basisbank has suddenly raised the interest rate by as much as 2%. This means that Basisbank has increased the interest rate that I have to pay from 16.19% to 18.19% per year !!

I can do nothing. I am trapped with Basisbank.
Only if I can pay off the entire loan right away, can I avoid the unexpected interest rate hike of as much as 2%.

I called Basisbank on the phone: In Basisbank, they told me that it is part of their profit calculation that the interest rate on loans with them is changing along the way.
I then asked them if the interest rates ever changed downward. To this, the bank lady replied that the changing of the interest rate always meant a changing upwards, never downwards. They never decrease the interest rate, they only increase it, the bank lady told me on the phone.
In addition the bank lady told me that I can expect a further increace in the interest rate so that my inital interest rate of 16,19 % per year can go up to as much as 25 % per year. WOW!
Before doing business with Basisbank, you should consider whether a sudden increase in the interest rate is acceptable to you or not.

Basisbank also operates with certrain, very expensive fees about about which I was not sufficiently informed when I applied for the loan with Basisbank. Only when I had already accepted the loan, did I realise that with Basisbank it costs DKK 33 (= 5,4 US dollars) every time you pay back a monthly refund on your loan.
DKK 33 per month is in itself an substantial, extra fee of DKK 396 (65 US dollars) per year. This DKK 33 per month you have to pay just to get to do your refund with Basisbank.

Stay away from Basisbank. On the surface Basisbank dresses up as an ordinary bank. But they are not. Basisbank is fraud.
