This food was absolutely disgusting .I had bought a samosa chaat and an aloo tikki chat at bargain near Hayes Asda at 14:30.The chaats were 99% choke and it had so much masala ,there were no appealing toppings .I threw it away such a complete waste of my money!!!

I had to catch a flight to USA to see my brother and all he asked for Christmas was a few Barfi boxes. The lady who served me at Hayes store was very helpful and opened the store 30 minutes early for me! Great stuff Barfia, Mint was his fave!

Bought an online order for a work celebration.
Baarfi had a strange smell so could not give this to my colleagues- embarrassing.
I decided to write to customer relations. The head of C.R was rude and kept sending pushy emails. It's like the woman could not give up and admit it was a fact. When I said I'm going to write a bad review she turned on me and said she will also respond and provide evidence of my emails- please do, it will showcase what great customer relations skills you have.
Weird organisation.

I had a problem with on online delivery, and there is no one responding to their emails. Not even an acknowledgement from the buyONLINE at barfia email address which is supposed to be their way of contacting them for online orders.

Hi I bought some shakar para yesterday from the Hayes branch and I was shocked to see two flies flying around the food I said to the lady at the counter that you have flies and she just nodded and said nothing anyway when I got home the Shakar para tasted awful no taste whatsoever like it was old I also wrote to the branch but no response

I bought quite a few packets online, but the product's best before dates were 2 weeks before the date they arrived. I'm awaiting hear from the company about rectifying the problem, but no response yet. Headquarters were contacted multiple times over the last 3 days by telephone and email.

Updated - they did get in touch after a few days and resent another order after the products where returned. Sorted the problem in the end. Thank you.

Tried their new products “Kenya Chevro” tasted ok with their own addition of cranberries, but well overpriced for 250gms @ £10, I have tried The Kenya style chevro form Tesco its taste more like kenyan one I used to have in Kenya.
