Updating my review to 4 stars. 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars because their system is being funky, which I do understand is difficult for e-commerce but, it's important to communicate when issues arise. Thank you to Brandi who was able to provide me with my tracking number quickly and thankfully my order is actually arriving today. ****
Placed order on the 29th. None of the items were out of stock. Have submitted 2 contact forms since to ask when they plan on shipping. No response. Not shipped yet.
Now I have wait 30 days to dispute the charges with shoppay because they aren't communicating or fulfilling my order. Really wish I had a size that was easier to find in person so I didn't have to resort to using online sites.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Long story short, I paid with a gift voucher and needed to return those items. When I replaced the items I was told it would come about 3 weeks faster if I put the new order on my credit card and when the returned items were received, my credit card would be refunded. NOT THE CASE. I am currently unemployed and need my money back on my credit card (as promised), not another gift voucher. I will NEVER buy from this company again so what the hell would I do with a gift voucher. I called credit card company and filed a dispute. LIARS!!! I do not recommend buying from these thieves.
Unfortunately, the girl (Brittany) with whom I spoke about my final order of 9/10/24 is the one that told me she could have it refunded to my credit card. She brought it up, I did not ask for it that way. I questioned her no less than 4 times as I was shocked by her telling me that. So in good faith, I ordered on my credit card. I called several weeks later and another employee told me it would definitely be credited to my credit card. Maybe appropriate training is in order because I feel deceived. I feel since your employee told me that and made a mistake that you should make good on what she told me, but NO!

Their system messed up my ship to and bill to address. Shipped to wrong address and would not refund the order. They had shipped to me before. No one checked the account for accurate info.

I have been having an issue with finding a bra that is comfortable and fits right. I have received and returned several times and each time I have had to increase cost for many reasons.
I have had to speak to many customer service people, but to Kim was very helpful, understood what I was asking and able to keep me as a satisfied customer!!!

Bare Necessities has such a tremendous selection- which is so meaningful when in a very hard to find, hard to fit size.
Their customer service is second to none, and I could not have asked for more than the EXCELLENT service they provided!
Erika was so incredibly helpful in finding the correct size and went above and beyond what I could have expected!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of this company. I have been buying bras from this company for many years. I recently purchased a bra and it was never delivered. I got on the phone with customer service, she refunded the order and walked me through re-ordering the bra over the phone. When I received the bra, it did not fit. I reached back out to simply do an exchange, when multiple customer service representatives told me that the bra purchase was a final sale. Only the rep on the phone did not mention to me that it was a final sale. They all REFUSED just to simply give me an exchange so I could buy a new bra. Their bras are way too expensive to be treated like this. I would be very cautious about buying from this company. I have a horrible experience with their customer service.

Decent prices; good return policy. Main problem is the vauchers NEVER END UP in your emails. You are required to contact customer service during business hours to get help. The chat during off hours is to make you feel better, but they can't actually do anything. What this means effectivelly is you will easily miss a sale because you have to wait for 2 days to get help.

I had purchased shape wear for my mother as we have an upcoming wedding, and I paid for express shipping so that it would reach her in time prior to her fitting. The item was on sale, and while their standard policy is that there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items, given that the item was late and my mother needed something urgently, we ended up going to Target so that she could find something similar for her fitting. That said, she never opened the box. I called customer service and explained that the shapewear is pristine in an unopened box, they still would not take the return. It's absolutely ridiculous that they won't take something that was never opened. Don't shop here as the customer does NOT come first.

I was in a dept store yesterday nd the sales lady recommended I order my bra from BN. So today I ordered 5 bras not realizing I had the same bra twice in my basket. I also got a free shipping which stated I would get the bras by Wednesday. I called immediately to cancel the extra bra and then I asked Diana to make sure I get them by Wednesday as I leave town next day. She said it's a 10 day shipping window. Meaning Wednesday and ten days after. But for $12.50 I can get two day priority shipping. I questioned why I would have to pay more money for one day difference in addition since I am already receiving free shipping on a large sale. Since USPS charges 8.50 for priority? She was not willing to accommodate me and sounded rather short and quick to cancel my order. It is astounding that in a given climate she would rather loose $250 sale for the company than accommodating a customer. So I ordered same bras from Zappos, free shipping and Sunday delivery. Funny, I will mention, that I wrote the same review on the BN site and it wasn't posted but the company. Perhaps they don't allow 1 star reviews. I won't be shopping with BN and stick to my dept stores, Saks and Nordstrom and ZAPPOS.
I ordered a digital gift card on BN’s website for my sister’s birthday. When you order, you can select what day you want the gift card sent by email, so I chose the day I ordered it (her birthday). Usually a digital gift card is delivered really quickly but the email with the gift card still hasn’t been sent. Though I have received 4 other sales emails from BN. When I called customer service, they said it can take up to 15 days to send the email. That seems like a really long time to issue an email gift card, and if that’s true they should not allow you to select the email date earlier than 15 days.

I ordered a bra a week and a half ago. I have yet to receive it. It was supposed to come 2 days ago. When I tracked it it is somewhere in Texas with no date to get here. I live in Colorado. With today’s fast shipping there is no excuse for this ridiculously slow shipping with no forecast as to when it may arrive! Extremely disappointed!

Being a large chest Woman 34H, not only was I scared, anxious with anxiety thru the roof, I was apprehensive that I would not find what I needed. I was totally convinced that I would NOT have the experience of such professionalism, understanding, empathy, respect, compassion and kindness as I had received from Kerri U! She was not only patient She was truly knowledgeable in my needs. Yes, I will say it took a little bit longer than I anticipated BUT after many many many attempts (12) I think, back n forth I think starting the process in March, She FOUND the BEST Fitting MOST COMFORTABLE Bra with for Me. I’m quite sure I could have caused her more than a few grey hairs. So Ladies, Have patience with yourself, we are not easily to be fit to perfection as we hope. I made a $50 purchase was told I qualified for a free gift discounted at checkout. My order was not discounted and the free gift was a final sale item. Do not trust this websites "free gifts" it also does not do an order review before processing payment. $28 for a pair of shorts is outrageous and is more expensive than the bra I purchased.

Days before receiving my order of 2 bras a serious medical issue was discovered.
Due to the emergency issue I am not able to wear this type of bra. I received a recording when I called customer service for a return or exchange.
The recording lead me to the website. I was not able to return or exchange the items.
I feel in a medical case such as mine an exception would be made if i were allowed to speak to a customer service person. Now I am out of funds for the cost of the two items I can not use.
In my case the customer service for this company should give a faithful customer a chance to at least explain.

This was the BEST customer service experience I think I have ever had! Diana was so accommodating, professional, friendly, helpful and extremely patient.
