I ordered Zebra Printer from Barcode Giant. They sent me printer but it is malfunctioned. I contact technical department to fix it and they couldn't fix it. They ask me to return the item so they can send me new one. So I did send them back. But they never send me new one and I request them to return money and the refused it.

I bought a TC51 scanner a day later I got an email saying it was out of stock. I'm hoping that I either get the scanner or get a refund.
Edit: it gets worse the order canceled and yesterday I was charged again. I guess I'm going to have to dispute

Needed a new scanner for my POS system. Chatted with rep and they recommended one that was a direct replacement. After receiving scanner it didn't work and would need to be programmed. Chatted with rep again and they wouldn't tell me how to program unless I paid the yearly tech support fee. Eventually figured it myself. Programming takes about 5 seconds. Would've been nice to just give me that info since I bought the scanner from them.

I received a call from Kyle Kirwan checking to see if there was anything else we needed besides the labels they supply. Our conversation led to the scanner and charging station we use on our cart, and that it won't hold a charge. I told Kyle that I had previously done some research to find another charging station and found out that the model we have is discontinued. He did some checking and found out that they actually had 2 of our charging stations in stock. He sent me a quote and I ordered one and it shipped the same day. That saved us a lot of money, not having to buy a whole new setup with the scanner and all, and made my job easier!

I have dealt with Lloyd for 5 months researching new scanner guns. My company has never used scanning devices before and Lloyd was so much help for me. He explained everything in great detail where I could fully understand, and he even worked with me on pricing for some substitute items that were out of stock because I waited too long to pull the trigger on ordering.
