Unfortunately, I had a little problem with the item that I had purchased however it was handled very professionally by the customer service department at Banditten. Not only did I receive my money back very fast I also received a personal apology from them. The great customer service certainly deserve a 5 star. Would highly recommend Banditten & looking forward to purchasing more items from them in future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to report the Star Master, which you bought from our website. I am however, very sad that this is the place I'm first hearing about your problems. I would very much have liked to be able to help you out before.
As this is the first time, we have experienced any problems with the product, I have sent you an e-mail so we can figure out what the faults are on the light.
On our website the Star Master to 80 kr. is described as a cheaper alternative to other star lights and night lights that also projects images to the wall or ceiling, but of course it should not be defected in any way. In the product description it also states that the Star Master runs on batteries - the option of the cable is if you have one at home that fits, and you don't want the LED-light to run batteries.
I have refunded you the money for the postage and the light. You are welcome to keep the Star Master if it still somehow can function in the room.
