I ordered a flag of Chile long time ago, shipping was fast and product is of great quality, i dont understand how some people can complain about slow shipment or services they have not payed for and yet expect it. There is different type of shipment just like most sites, you can choose standard to fast depending your economic status. Either way you are going to get a great product. Esto es mi Chile querido, viva Chile mierda!

Unfortunately you chosed Priority Mail Service and it's a very slow postal service. We told you that we would have shipped the flags to your country as soon as the parcel would have been returned to us. We did our best anyway. Alessandro
Unhappy about their service.
Rude people to communicate with. They were rude to me when I was trying to purchase a flag to have for my father's memorial service. It is just unacceptable on my behalf. I wouldn't recommend their service

Sir Tevin Naidoo, as I wrote you on whatsapp you need to pay through the Bank Transfer in order to have the order shipped. We have to wait the bank transfer to ship the flag, it's our rule. I simply give you the information you ask for. It's very strange you find my answers "rude". You asked me "How trustworthy is this service?" and I simply told you to search the web to verify our service. I cannot speak for my services but the Net speaks more than my words. It's very strange you were not able to find how trustworthy our service was and then, after 20 minutes, you did a negative review of our store service. We are very transparent in our Flags E-commerce and you don't seem in good faith. Alessandro Folghera

Appalling quality
Appalling quality. Truly shocked. Blurred print, thin fabric and really extortionate prices for these 3small flags which cannot be displayed. I thought for €27 PER FLAG (I don’t know what I was thinking) for smallest historic flags available on the site, that the quality would be exceptional. Very naive of me. They were for my 1935 Italian Vaporetto-a historic and unique boat which I felt deserved the very best. Sending everything back. So disappointed. The website promises one thing and offers quite another. Beware of glossy silky photos! The real thing is worse than a street corner souvenir shop (unless perhaps you buy the silk?). Confused by very different prices in english/french and italian sites of same company. A total con. Upsetting all round. Please be careful

Dear Miranda Playfair, the flags we provided have been printed on "stamina of polyester". This is a technical material used by the Italian Navy Forces.It's a nautical polyester textile, suitable to be used in windy and opened spaces.Each flag has been printed on each side of it and this, sometimes, may give you the shadow effect If you would have contacted us before of realizing your order we would suggest you other kind of materials for your vaporetto.
