Bought some Circulation Health socks with grip from them. Service was good but the socks...
So disappointed in these socks. They've stretched too much after wearing them a few days. . The grip is not as strong as an another brand I bought (Fluffe). There's tiny bits of cotton threads hanging loose now and they're pilling!! They've only had one wash. Secondly I got them for a size 10 foot which made them just that little bit too big. I think their size range should be altered accordingly. So disappointed. Oh and they're not as warm as they say.

The quality of the socks is highly variable. While some sport socks are comfortable and feel good the dress socks are too thin. I had to throw the last purchase out after a week as they were not fit for purpose. Customer service was not interested.

Terrible customer service & lack of communication.
Placed an order back on October 12, 2022 and now it's been over a month without package arriving. E-mailed company twice to follow up on the status of the order without a response. I ordered items from USA after purchasing from Bamboo village and have received it and this company is based in Australia and unable to deliver or communicate with clients. I was looking forward and hoping this company was legit as I have been looking for a good company that sells Bamboo clothing and have been sorely disappointed.

Ordered a number of socks which the website claimed to last "fantastically". Within 1 month they started developing holes in them from only wearing them inside the house and obviously in shoes.

After emailing back and forward with the managing director, they refused to acknowledge their responsibility to sell quality items and offered a refund of 50% despite me pointing out how that was illegal to not allow me to return them for a full refund. After replying within the hour, they now appear to be ignoring me.

If something goes wrong, don't let them try to write their own rules; they MUST comply with consumer protection legislation like every other company.

We are now forwarding the matter to fair trading for misleading advertising and refusing to refund a defective product. We will be sure to also let them know that the managing director tried to mislead me into what my legislative entitlements as a consumer are, which is also illegal.
