I’m actually super disappointed - the fit is just no match for our baby. Quality seems good, but the peeing-stripe works on 1 out of 10 times.

This are the best diapers on the market, they work amazing, also you'll prevent irritation on your baby because the materials. 10 out of 10. I've been buying them since 2022.

I’ve emailed 3x with zero response, I just phoned and the lady was pretty rude to be honest, not helpful at all. Is there 2 companies or something as I ordered from Bambo Nature but communication is from Abena it’s so confusing and the email address is sometimes Abena and sometimes Bambo it’s so weird.

Don’t get me wrong I love the nature side as in no chemicals, clean nappies etc that’s amazing that’s what I’m all about but the customer service and the delivery with no updates lets this company down 10 fold.

Literally ordered 4 days ago and still nothing I have 2 nappies left I left lots of time when ordering but clearly not.

Very poor customer service! Ordered size 6 nappies as my that's what my child wears in all other brands. They were so large! Like extremely large. I emailed the customer service to return them and the response was less than friendly. I did ask if they could send a returns label and if I could exchange for a size that might fit, also asked for some sample size 5 to be sent which they did but refused to facilitate the return. Not so much that but the tone of the email. I would not order from them again.

I absolutely love Bambo Nature nappies and won’t be using anything else from now on. The quality and softness are unmatched, so much better than any other brand I’ve tried. These are an absolute must-have for new mamas and papas. We used to deal with leaks constantly, but ever since switching to Bambo Nature, we haven’t had a single one. They’re gentle on my baby’s skin and give me total peace of mind. Truly a non-negotiable in our household! OBSESSED!

Excellent purchase experience. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews on this Company, but this is the second time I've bought from them and I'm really happy about the service received. I have a big family and after trying many brands, I can say that these nappies are great! Fast delivery and good customer service. I had a wee issue just after placing the order, but it was sorted out quickly. I definitely would recommend Bambo Nature nappies!

Poor customer service and Poor delivery.
Bought nappies online a week ago and still not received anything, not even a dispatch confirmation. Called up customer services who was rude and unhelpful and told me that I've come through to customer services and that she doesn't deal with queries?! (who am I supposed to speak to then?!) She was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me to give it a few more days even though she confirmed my order has NOT been dispatched yet even though it was placed over a week ago. This is my first time purchasing from this brand and I am extremely disappointed. Thinking of cancelling the order entirely and going with a different brand of nappies. Cannot be dealing with such poor service in the long run.

Poor delivery and order process. 11 days after order, still not arrived - no email confirmation, no update. Phoned, and turns out DPD left them with some random neighbours without telling us.
This company clearly does not understand new parents, nor does it appreciate the investment its customers are making for a product they could choose to buy elsewhere in a crowded market - we're actively choosing to pay more for a product we could buy cheaper albeit with less environmental kudos. Getting stressed about when your nappies and wipes will be replenished is an additional concern we don't need.
Out of 3 orders, 1 was late and another left somewhere. In both these I had to call the company and chas e up the delivery of information. The Customer Service were friendly enough but seemed satisfied it was DPD's fault. No, it's Bambo's responsibility to ensure our order arrives safely.

More than a week after having ordered I still haven't received the order. Zero communication until I got in touch. Person I spoke to claims DPD is very busy, although I just ordered something from a different site and DPD will deliver it next business day, so the explanation doesn't really stand. Also they haven't been able to provide a tracking number for the order. Wanted to buy direct from the manufacturer but to be honest Amazon seems to be a much more reliable choice.

Your nappies are excellent as I have used them before. Unfortunately I can no longer use them - your website simply prohibits it.

- When adding different size packs to cart, it does very random things. For example, add a size 4, case, to cart, then add size 5, case to cart and see what happens. You end up with a 4 case and a 5 pack or 2x 4 cases.

- Zip Code? bambonature.co.uk? Right OK.

- Says £3 delivery on a £73 order? Urm, nope! Although this does not get applied to my total so whilst trying to carry on with my order ...

- ... after giving delivery address, details, etc agreeing to terms. Cannot proceed. Purple "Purchase Order" button is totally dead.

So 2* for wasting 30 minutes of my time only reason not 1* is because I've used these nappies before and they are good for babies with sensitive skin.

I use Firefox (up to date) and everyone elses website works fine so issue isn't my side.

Very happy with the nappies. It's important for me to use eco friendly nappies, which haven't been bleached.

Fast delivery, quality product!!

I love bambo nappies. It is more expensive than supermarket brands but it's a much better alternative. It is comfortable for my baby and kinder to our environment.

Honestly the best nappies I’ve used and wouldn’t deviate in choice. I’ve accidentally left my baby’s nappy on long enough to create a nappy rash, had it been another brand, and absolutely not a sign of it coming on. HIGHLY recommend these nappies.
