Our 12,000-square-meter factory and 150 employees currently produce 150,000 pieces per year, with a goal of reaching 250,000 fireclay products by the end of 2023 with an additional 100 employees. Fireclay's History Although Fine Fireclay and Vitreous China are closely related, there are distinct differences that are frequently overlooked when producing Fine Fireclay, which is generally processed exactly the same as the Vitreous China product in production units specialising in Vitreous China production when, in reality, various parts of the process must be changed to produce a world class piece of Fine Fireclay. Following a decline in the production of Fine Fireclay products as a result of many Vitreous China manufacturers closing down across Europe, our founders set out to create the best Fine Fireclay product possible with the goal of becoming world leaders in Fine Fireclay production. It means that we choose our partnered manufacturers based on quality and trust rather than price, ensuring our customers received the highest quality goods. The Finest Raw Materials Fireclay products are manufactured and moulded in-house. We take great pride in this as a company because all of our Fireclay products are handcrafted by master potters, meaning a perfect sink is crafted every time. The key to producing outstanding Fireclay products is consistency. To ensure that each product meets our high standards, it is rigorously inspected, and quality tested.

Poor delivery

The company used for delivering is poor, there was no knock at the door but at the end of the day realised my parcel had been left at an angle! Not even upright, outside and left for anyone to take. Absolutely appalling

Radiator purchase.

The website was easy to use and find the radiator I wanted. I was surprised that suitable valves did not seem to be available but were easily sourced elsewhere. Ordering and payment was very straightforward even at 10pm! Delivery was very well communicated and bang on time, only 36 hours from ordering. Impressive.

The rad was very well packed, and in perfect condition, with easy to follow instructions and with all fixings provided. I’ve mounted it but yet to plumb it in, but so far very happy with my purchase.

The first sink arrived with a broken…

The first sink arrived with a broken box and a huge chip in the sink. I am amazed at how this was packaged or rather not. Just the sink with no polystyrene or bubble wrap to give protection. A dreadful waste and obviously unusable. The inconvenience of a plumber here to fit the sink and his time was just wasted.
