Customer service is completely non-existent. I ordered two pairs of capris. At first the online tracker said the order was delayed with no further details, so I sent an email asking when I might expect to see the order. ZERO response. I followed up, again ZERO response. Then suddenly there was a notice of delivery however one pair was missing. I checked online and it says "partially delivered" which really doesn't help me, so I sent another email letting them know I'd received one of the two pairs and I asked when I could expect to get the second pair. ZERO response. Just horrible service. If I hadn't received one pair, I would be thinking that this was a total scam. I will never again order from them and will let everyone I know not to as well.

Frauds, will not process refund
Their size chart is all wrong. My tops were too small. I returned at my own cost as per their policy (I’m in Canada) and now they won’t refund me for the tops. It’s been a month and several back and forth emails. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. Please do not deal with this company. They are frauds.

Slow delivery for mediocre products
If I could give a 0, I would. I ordered shorts on June 4th and paid expedited shipping. It’s July 23rd, and I have not received the shorts. They were not marked as an “out of stock” or “back ordered” item and I received no notification that this was the case. I received notification that they had shipped on July 19th and they’ve been sitting one state away from where I live since then. So much for expedited shipping.

My experience of returning for refund was a little complicated in the beginning but I received a call from a very nice customer service representative. He was so understanding and helpful and he resolved my problem immediately. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Wonderful product!
I have purchased 4 knee length skorts from Baleaf and they are terrific! I got them for golfing but they are great to wear anywhere! The material is comfortable, the pockets are deep, and the fit is perfect. I am extremely satisfied with this product!
