Never heard of the company do not have an account with them but still they try to take money from my account, I have contacted them threatening legal action but they refuse to reply to us

Theving company took £29.39 out of my partners bank, never heard of them and now she is overdrawn, how dare they, if i stole i get into trouble, companies steal and it ok (NOT) they wont answer the phone, no way to sign in because we dont have an account with them, who do they think they are, theiving GITS, wont answer their phones due to pandemic

They have taken £60 out of my account I have contacted my bank and fraud team this is a scam never ever use this site I haven't even signed up to them but have my bank details you can't even cancel them

Again, took £29.39 from my account. No help whatsoever in tracking down the payday loan site that signed me up for their subscription. Rude person emailing me because their Head Office hasnt got a contact number?!! All dodgy, still trying a way to report and get my hard earned money back! Disgusting c***s

Have not responded following a complaint/cancellation request made over a month ago now and will likely try charging me again.

I have also filed a request regarding my information and data and how it was obtained, again to which they have not replied. I have been advised to send a reminder before seeking any action or recompense but an absolutley despicable way for a company to make quick money.

Not confirming your memebership (because they likely get all their "custom" from partnerships with loan providing/quotation sites, and it shows further underhanded tactics, in that you cannot log in or request your details other the via a phone call, which is to a line that is only open during most peoples working hours.

Worst part is if the company marketed itself correctly they could probably do a lot better but instead they just focus on the quick cash grab and hope people don't notice or failing that and if they cancel, they at least made a quick charge.

Took 30 from my account for doing nothing ..and a cheeky gob sh.%@..on phone saying theyre within their rights ...what bloody rights ..thievin from peoples account ..they should be reported for theft ...
