Delivery time way too long, customer service only via email, late response, NOT answering questions, generic/automated responses, custom duties required on products upon delivery to The Netherlands which is NOT mentioned on the Dutch website. Brexit or not, at least be transparent to your customers.

Order for my childs bday party.
Order for my childs bday party, I didnt know that the company was in a different country then the Netherlands. So when I placed the order I was scared the order didnt came on time.
But I was wrong, perfect service, good track and trace and it came even earlyer then they said.
The products I orderd were perfect, the same as shown on the webstore. So happy daughter happy mother: )
