Ordered a Fathers Day cake, did not arrive the day requested it arrived a day later. The cake was melted attached to the box it arrived in. Very disappointing I know that UPS will be blamed, the ice pack was also melted....

Never ever accept shipment of this cake to Hawaii
The cake/cookies arrived of but that is all I say about it. It was horrible. My son also included a dozen cookies packet. The same. Both lacked flavor and texture. I was so disappointed that he spent his money purchasing and having it flown to Hawaii to celebrate my birthday. It was a brown sticky glob. Impossible to cut. I had to thrown it out. The ice pack had completely melted and was a warm pack of water. I would not recommend this product for flavor, texture and especially where if was tasteless,,,,and would suggest never accept orders to Hawaii. I did not have the heart to tell him he had wasted his money!

Not tastey at all. The one I bit into I couldn't even swallow it.
The box was way too big for the order of 12 brownies. They were all mixed up, very unpleasant site. Then after separating the 4 flavors, I bit into it and it was stale and broke into pieces. Then I tried the chocolate truffle walnut and the same old taste.
