Nothing to complain about here!

I have bought a water mixer with installation 3 weeks ago, unfortunately the installation has NOT done yet, even I called your service persons several times. I am thinking of returning the product and buy one from another company with better and timely service if no progress.

Top service tack

I bought a duschskrappa that just does not work, probably a production failure. I complained to you and asked for a replacement or reimbursement. You just answered you do not take back products that have been used and I am still waiting for a decent customer response

I have installed the varm Handdukstork Nordhem Vaxholm with easy installation. Delivery and shopping experience are good

Still no progress/news regarding my bathtub order.

And we are today the 9/8!!!!

Hi (AGAIN),

Actually Im worried, and extremely really irritated.

Because yesterday, and as I supposed, I received a call around 9:30 from a DSV driver who was standing in front of my door Lilla Sällskapets väg 3b, EVEN if I did all I could to avoid that and make sure that the delivery would be done to Sommarbovägen 9 as MANY times I asked to you.

So, yesterday AGAIN, I called your clients department and could, after 9 min of waiting, speak to a woman to whom I told this never ending and really annoying bad story.

After many apologies, she said that she will try to fix the delivery as I asked. She even called me 15 min later to say that DSV confirmed that the delivery was planned for the same day (yesterday) at Sommarbovägen!

And today, AGAIN, I received 5 min ago 1 tex message/sms from DSV in which, AGAIN, it is written that the delivery will be done at my private address. I made screen shoots, see attached.
And really, I do not know if I have to laugh or wasted even more of my time to call you again and share my HUGE disappointment.

So, after being very patient, my conclusions are.

Badshop do not care att all about his clients
Badshop has bad deliveries company
« Bad" shop employees are totally unable to handle problematic situations

Then, I ask you to make sure that this delivery is done TODAY.

If not,I demand you pay me back the money ASAP I spent at Badshop and I will buy a bathtup somewhere else.

Please let me know TODAY how you want to proceed.

Delivery date delayed 21 days with no explanation. Total delivery time from order now expected to be 39 days for a simple item.

Received a completely different product from what I ordered. I ordered the shower doors with installation. Since the product received was a completely different one, I had to send it back. You need to book the installation yourself if the product is resent! Its actually a lot of work and taking more time!
