Another two purchases within the last few days. As always first class service. Great selection,great prices. Always well packaged and very speedily received. Royal Mail tracked so easily followed.

I knew exactly what I wanted so I bought a guitar late Friday night. After researching a lot of shops, sellers and feedback etc. I chose Badlands. I recieved it first thing Tuesday morning. There was excelent communication which meant I knew when it was arriving. I literally cannot fault anything about the transaction or the guitar and I'm one of the most sceptical of people so kudos to Badlands of Brighton for a perfect guitar, thankyou.

I needed a limited edition LP and Phil went to great lengths to source a copy for me. This is just the type of service that makes such a difference. Absolutely first class

Purchased a couple of CDs from here last month as they were cheaper than Amazon. Both arrived within a week of ordering with no issues. Obviously the delivery was not as fast as Amazon Prime but it was nice to buy something from a different online shop for a change. I will use them again.

Ordered a Vinyl for the RSD2023 and received promptly, no issue at all

Ordered from badlands ebay shop and my opinion of this seller is crap reason is shows two different tracking info click on both tracking and it gives me one tracking and states both cds have been delivered I have taking photos of package with details on label and the cd that was in package and you only get one cd in package with a very tight fit I've asked seller for refund and they only feed me with rubbish personally I do think this company is unprofesional and amateur

Order was well priced, was dispatched promptly and arrived in good (new!) Condition! Would use these again.

I ordered two Weyes Blood cds from this company via a website recently. I received both cds quickly and well packaged. The cost was lower than a popular website so very pleased. I can fully recommend this excellent seller

My one and only recent experience with Badlands online’s eBay store was sadly not a positive one and after issuing a refund they have blocked me from ordering from their eBay shop (which is no loss)

Moral of the story in my experience is only order from them if you are not in a hurry! And be sure to read the entire eBay listing before placing your order!

I pre ordered Now serving Royal tea live from the ryman by Joe Bonamassa from badlands records.It was delivered on time well packed.This is the blueray of the concert shot live for the inter net.This concert is a must for any joe bonamassa fan the audience are cardboard cut outs.But don't let that put you off it is a brilliant concert well'lfimed and the audio is spot on.

I wanted the latest Lucinda Williams CD. Amazon offered a delivery date some 7 weeks ahead. Badlands delivered the same week as I ordered, similar price including delivery. First class service.

I had trouble finding a CD from 1984 (Knopfler)
Badlands could not find it at first, but contacted me and asked if I wanted the money back, or whether they should continue to seek
I asked them to continue, and after a month I got my CD
Really nice work, I'm impressed. :-)
