I have still not received the item I ordered.
We called in because the mail service sent the item, but because they could not deliver, even though we've been home the whole time. Then we were told the item would be re-ordered and sent out... that was supposed to arrive last week, and we still don't have our item, and I've paid for it.
So far this has been a very disappointing experience, but I hope you can redeem yourselves by sending the item we ordered.

ok if you have time and are patient.
I have bought from them several times.
The first time some parts arrived damaged and needed replacing. The quality of the replacement wasn't good but it wasn't damaged so we lived with it.
The second time everything went to plan, no problem.
This last time it was not delivered on the date announced. I sent 2 emails to inquire that they did not answer. After the 3rd email they said it would get delivered in the next 2 days. It arrived on the 3rd day after yet another email.
If you have time order here. If you're in a hurry don't.
