Amazing experience, I bought an MacBook Air refurbish, it was delivered fast, and it arrived in perfect conditions! After half a year, I have no complain :)

Bought a refurbished phone and added the EVy warranty offered by Back Market. The screen detached on its own over time — no drops, no damage. When I filed a claim, Back Market said EVy should cover it. EVy said Back Market should. I've been going back and forth for over a month with no resolution. Neither company takes responsibility. The warranty sold alongside the product appears to be meaningless in practice. Still unresolved. I am now since a month without a phone.

I bought a refurbished iPhone 16 in premium condition, the casing looked new, and the battery health was perfect. It came packaged slightly poorly, which could have damaged the product in logistics, however everything else is perfect. I would still recommend being cautious with the purchase and supplier.

I already bought two products from Backmarket (iPad and AirPods) and the experience couldn‘t be better. Customer service is on point, there was a technical issue with my iPad right from the start, they didn‘t hesitate but helped me on the same day and sent a new product on the way the day after without big fuss. The products I purchased always matched the promised condition. I would always choose to buy here again!

The delivery man didn't t ring to my apartment. He just left the message telling to pick the packet in the shop somewhere in the city center. This is typical behaviour from UPS and GLS because they are the only 2 companies that do not collect review of their customers. So they don't mind and do all the times what is easier for them, like for example deliver all the packets to the shop if they are late. If you appreciate your customers, pease don't work with these 2 delivery companies.

I purchased a Laptop through Back Market, received first delivery on time, but the seller (from East Europe) delivered the wrong item (wrong keyboard) ... customer service communication was very slow, only partial information provided, finally after several days I received a return label and sent back the Laptop ... replacement came after more or less reasonable time, but seller sent again a wrong device, this time it was a lower spec laptop (256 instead of 512 GB HDD). this time customer service was a bit faster, I could return the laptop after 2 days, but Back Market refused to refund the money immediately or at least after I had proof that the laptop was handed over to DHL. Alltogether I spent 5 weeks, the seller had my money as "loan" for this period, wasted my time and I ended up without any laptop. I requested to ban the seller from Back Market platform, but have not heard back, so I assume it has not been done

I ordered an iPhone Pro refurbished, and it came like new.

My music app can’t show on the screen badge and I tried many times to fix and changed in system. Still didn’t solve this problem

The online purchase and delivery all ran smoothly and efficiently. I’m very happy with my new old iPhone and would come back to Back Market next time I need to update my phone. Buying refurbished makes much more sense to me than getting a brand new latest whizzy model, so thank you!
