Don't use this for everyday life
It is too law small and not comfortable for the kid plus it looks weird

Within 8 months of purchasing the Yoyo…

Within 8 months of purchasing the Yoyo pram one of the plastic connections on the hardness had cracked. This was with limited uses as it is only used as a travel pram. Contacted customer services who told me I needed proof of purchase. I no longer have the receipt but still have all original boxes and a credit card statement showing JoJo maman bébé, rang the store but as they have now been taken over by another company the till receipt cannot be retrieved. This is so disheartening as it is a product fault and I am now left with a pram not fit for purpose.

bad quality and NO customer focus

I purchased the Babyzen yoyo, just over two years ago, in one of the largest retailers in Milan, a few months ago one of the two white side closing buttons broke. The retailer does not offer any support in recovering the proof of purchase that I lost, and the Babyzen Italy customer service offers me the possibility to have the button with shipping costs that are over double the value of the button. I kindly asked to be able to have the button at least without shipping costs but they don't show any attention to the customer. With the same expense on Amazon I buy two buttons that are perfectly compatible and mybe better than the original ones, considering that the same thing has happened to thousands of customers. Disappointing, never again Stokke.

Only giving one star because I have to…

Only giving one star because I have to !!!
Avoid baby zen yoyo

I bought this just so it was easy to get in and out the car I have a bugaboo aswell
I have used the yoyo ones for a walk to the school and it was making a horrible sound I got in touch with baby zen it went away for repair it come back to me with not note telling me what was done.
Only coming back making the same sound when used again outside I want my money back as I couldn’t resell it making this sound and they have refused and want to send me wheels to repair myself
The pram is brand new used twice
Avoid !!!!!

Not universal and zero customer service

Hi. Thank you for replying. I know how to return the product, but I would appreciate someone giving me a call to help me solve the issue. You are selling spare wheels which are supposed to be universal but do not appear to be. Can someone please phone me to assist?

Update 2. Finally received an email requesting photos, information etc. Sent it all and have received no response for over a week, despite sending two emails in that time asking for an update.

Built for profit, not children.

Do not recommend Babyzen Yoyo travel system (bassinet, 6 month + and car seat). Whilst the travel system is compact, everything feels cheaply made and poor quality. There is no actual seat as such for the 6+ and it's just effectively a bit of pad on a rock solid base. For the price paid there is very little there and everything is an additional cost. When this includes things like leg rests it gets ridiculous. Quite a kerfuffle with all the different buttons. You need both arms to release these, so this can't be done whilst holding baby simultaneously... Always trying not to drop him! If I could rewind I wouldn't have invested in this. Maxi Cosi is far better quality.

Top service

Wow where would I start, I had a problem with wheels and one velcro was broken. I reached out to Babyzen and it was very easy and fast to get everything fixed under 2 year warranty.

Babyzen are ready to take your money…

Babyzen are ready to take your money and give you a flawed product.

Same as all the other posts here. avoid this company. Their products have design flaws which they won't recognise. They try to fob you off with spare parts but this doesn't fix it.

Having the same issue with Rattly Front…

Having the same issue with Rattly Front wheels. Babyzen said they would replace the wheels but it's clear that it's going to come back as per all the other reviews.

They won't help us to get our money back, this is daylight robbery.

I put all my money into this pram I have a distressed 8 week old baby I can not go anywhere unless I carry her.

Please please please do not make the same mistake as us, stay away from this brand.

I have no idea what to do anymore other than try Trading Standards.

Bought a yoyo and in less than two…

Bought a yoyo and in less than two months the wheels are not working properly, the leather on the handle is coming off, the white part in one of the wheels came off. Button to fold not working.
I can o let assume I got unlucky and received a faulty buggy seeing as I had an older yoyo for 5 years that never game me any of these issues.
I have been in touch with customer service for around a month!
First they sent me a chassis o use in the meantime- the chassis came with a defect and is unusable. I have been asking for a refund and have been completely ignored. They now want me to wait longer for another temporary chassis to be sent. To later send my own faulty chassis for them to fix (which could last 2 weeks) all this in the middle of summer, with kids who need help of q buggy and summer holidays booked. Horrible quality buggy and customer service is the slowest I’ve come upon.

Nice and compact but rattly front wheels!!

Worse company I ever got to work with

Worse company I ever got to work with! It's been a month and they still haven't refund me after I sent my order back to them. Their customer service is absolutely trash, they either not reply at all or keep on saying that I should get my money back within few days and money is still not sent back! Avoid it at all cost!

I love the look and design of the…

I love the look and design of the chassis but the front wheels are just dreadful. They are constant shaking. From the first time I opened the box there was issues. I thought my stroller was faulty but upon further investigation I believe this may be a common problem. I will reach out to Babyzen and see if they can make this right. I will report back with my findings.

Babyzen Yoyo 6+ broke down after a year and no service

Babyzen Yoyo 6+ broke down after a year and impossible to contact customer service. You send them a reply and no e-mail or contact #.
Overpriced product yet no help.
Then you're left with a non-functional stroller and an uphappy/immobile toddler.

Very happy with my purchase but had…

Very happy with my purchase but had trouble tracking my package as it was UPS who delivered my parcel and not DPD as stated in the email. When seeing all the reviews on here after purchasing I panicked. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is purely because of their tracking error.

Zero customer service. Terrible communication.

I ordered an ISOFix car seat attachment for £189 and it's been weeks and still hasn't arrived. Babyzen seems to not have ANY customer service. I've replied to my order emails and the emails just bounce back undelivered. If you go to their "contact us" page, all it does is sign you up for their marketing newsletter and there's no way to get in touch with them. There is no telephone number either. When contacting DPD as a last resort, they tell me the parcel number and address don't match even though I can see in my confirmation that they do. They say only Babyzen can help, but I can't contact Babyzen.

I've seen other reviews where people have experienced the same thing. They've just caused loads of stress when I'm expecting a baby in a couple of weeks and I need this product to bring my newborn back from the hospital.

I'd definitely go with another similar product as the stress ins't worth getting a babyzen product when so many alternatives that are just as good exist. Don't neglect your customers.

Appalling customer service

I purchased two of these products at a Baby show. When I came to convert the bassinet to a stroller the seat fabric & wires for the hood were missing. I have contacted BabyZen by email on 7 occasions, they responded once, to tell me the price. I have contacted them a further 6 times, have had no further responses and have still not been able to purchase the required parts. I now have a £430 useless stroller! There is no number you can phone to speak to anyone to resolve this.

Fab travel stroller

Im honestly shocked at the reviews!
I bought this as a second back up travel stroller so naturally I knew it would be lightweight and small enough for travelling e.g plane travel! It fits so well in the back of my Mini Cooper.
My toddler has loved it from about 9 months. It’s been to Zante, Lanzarote and Mexico.
I would say this is solely a travel stroller where you can’t take a big bulky pushchair.

Vibrating front wheels

The stroller is brand new and when I try to walk a little faster the 2 front wheels won’t stop vibrating / shaking . They sent me another wheels and it’s doing exactly the SAME!!!! 500 dollars for this? Horrible
