I wanted traffic for my blog topwirelessvacuums.com so I decided to try Babylon. I wanted to check the trial offer before I paid. They had this 50 free visits. When I checked Google Analytics I didn’t see any. Infact it showed zero users for today. So I am kind of disappointed.
That wonderful personalised customer service you get from your local GP... when you go to Babylon forget it. Imagine all your medical issues being dealt with by a Call Centre... that is how it feels.
I bought Babylon deluxe plus other three dictionaries that had lifetime licenses. Those lifetime licenses weren´t cheap. I had to reinstall the software in my Mac. Well, they told me that they do not longer support the old Babylon software, and basically that I can eat my "lifetime" licenses. They don´t keep a website to download older Babylon versions for those who bought lifetime licenses so you are forced to buy new softwares. That is not the way to do business. Very greedy and dishonest people. Stay away!!!
They have changed prices policies without warning
Its translation is very poor
Customer service is unavailable. Please Stay Away!
Dreadful experience. This is all about ripping off customers with constant renewal orders. Endless technical issues. Bad translation tool (compare with Google translate, available for free). Awful interface.
You never get to choose your doctor, they are different each time. Some are very nice and helpful whilst others are horrible.
Dr. Honourin Nhigpannha-Palimba was the worst gp I have ever spoke to. She was horrible, she asked me to reveal confidential information I legally don't have to reveal to anyone! Yet when i told her this she scoffed and was extremely condescending. From there it escalated and she made it impossible for me to do anything. A complete waste of time. I expect GP's to be nice understanding and helpful, not rude.
I never want to talk to her ever again. I am extremely upset with how she treated me and her lack of care. I would immediately switch GP's if it didn't already take 2 months to transfer over.
Customer dervice is non existant. They do not respond to my requests for help.
I've used the translation software for about a year. Initially the results were acceptable. The customer service has always been mediocre. I was recently convinced to renew my license with the assurance that customer service had improved. Since renewing my license the translator has been offline and no one at Babylon responds to support requests. Further, it seems that if you are in the US Customer Service is only available Monday AM thru Mid day Thursday. I'm pursuing a refund. These guys have gone from bad to worse. Buyer Beware!!!
