Terrible service
Will never shop again with baby Dino. Brought 2 pairs of shoes but unfortunately they didn't fit my daughter. I asked to exchange for a larger size for 1 pair and for another pair of shoes (they had sold out of the ones I had ordered). I was happy to pay for shipping both to and from and the difference for the other shoes (so they weren't losing money actually making money). However because I bought the shoes on sale I can't exchange or refund. I can understand the refund but the exchange and actually pay more just doesn't make sense to me.

Our goods arrived 11 weeks after being ordered, despite showing as in stock and available for next day delivery.
Excuse after excuse received, usually blaming the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer directly who debunked these excuses.
I resorted to contacting the company directors personally through Linkedin and Facebook in an attempt to get a response.
It now looks like all of the company directors have resigned so I would advise you not to part with any money to BabyDino.
Terrible customer service. Poorly run website.
I placed an order which all went through, all seemed fine. Then needed to find out a delivery day as it said next day, but other reviews had said sometimes it can take longer so I tried to pursue it. I called all contact numbers, no replies, rings and rings and rings. I emailed and got a response to say it wasn't in stock and they would refund me, I'm still waiting for a reply answering how long that usually takes. I also messaged their Facebook page to which they have BLOCKED me, all I'd asked is what day it was due to arrive (this was before the email stating it wasn't in stock) ... they need to sort it out big time, I should have listened to the bad reviews and not chanced it. Total shambles of a company, which is a shame because the website seems so professional. Don't be fooled. Go somewhere reputable where they keep their stock levels updated, and don't block you on their company page on social media (childish and totally unreasonable!) Honestly shocked that they have any positive reviews at all. Avoid like the plague! Now £280 down and waiting for a refund.
Don´t buy anything from Babydino
We ordered several items from Babydino. At the end of order, the wrong address was put in the order (I don´t know how this happened as the address was correct at the beginning) - there was wrong country.
We canceled the order immediately after we received the confirmation of payment, when we realized the address is wrong. Since now we have written 3 emails with no reply. We had to escalate the dispute via paypal. Babydino has not replied even to paypal. Don´t buy anything from Babydino!!!!
BE CAREFUL!
Please be careful when ordering from this store!! I ordered á stroller and some accessories from babydino.com. Got an e-mail from them that they didn't have that stroller but they charged me either way on april 8th. Today is may 17th and I have not been refunded yet! I have contacted them four times now! I am very unhappy and I don't recommend this online store to anyone!
My worst online shopping experience to date
Since becoming the mother of twins 15 months ago nearly all my shopping is done online. So I can confidently state that I have the experience of transacting with many many different retailers. Although I've had some other bad experiences, I'd say about 70% of my e-shopping experiences have actually been quite good. My experience with Baby Dino however is easily the worst online shopping experience I've ever had!
I am still waiting on an order I placed on the 19th of January, nearly 3 months down the line. After 2 weeks of waiting with absolutely no contact from Baby Dino, I contacted their customer service and spoke to someone who apologized, indicated that they had only one of the two products I'd ordered in stock and were waiting for the second. I requested that they deliver the one product in stock as soon as possible as I really need it for my babies. They agreed to do that.
One full month after I'd placed the order, still nothing delivered and no contact of any kind (no phone calls, no emails, nothing). I called again and this time it produced some result - I received one of the two products a couple of days later. I asked that if the second product cannot be delivered within 2 weeks I would like it refunded. We're now nearly 3 months from the date of order and no sign of the second product, no refund, and no contact again.
For a retailer that caters to families with babies this is remarkably insensitive. It is also irresponsible, callous and disrespectful of the customer. This is probably also legally actionable, which I would certainly do if I wasn't far too busy with two babies on my hands.
4 weeks after next day delivery and still no product
AVOID! I specifically chose to order a rain cover from Babydino because they were one of the few places that had the item in stock and offered next day delivery, after the first week I chased them and was told the. Product was not in stock but that had not stopped them taking my money. I chased them again on week 2, still no news. Week 3 I asked for a refund, it is now week 4 and they have NOT provided an update, or the product and or a refund. They are one for Trading Standards, Please avoid this company.
Very good service and easy to use website
Customer service was very quick in responding and also followed up on my backorder that was delivered today.
Avoid. Next day delivery is a farse. Poor communication.
They lure customers with attractive prices and promises of quick delivery, but they don't deliver. After placing my order scheduled for 'Next Day' delivery, I wasted two days waiting for it. Called customer services on the third day, only to discover that in reality they just process the payment and order the goods from another company. They could not give me a phone number or a tracking reference to get *any* information on my order. All I can do is sit and wait, up to 20 days they told me, for the third-party company to contact me.

Long wait
I recently bought a pram from Babydino and the product itself was great but the process of receiving it wasn't. I found a good deal on a pram that I wanted so rang them to purchase it. Firstly, I requested the chassis to be a different colour to the one they sent me. They also forgot to send parts that were meant to come with the pram so I had to chase that up. I was told it would be delivered within 3-5 working days but ended up taking about 4/5 weeks. In the end I was promised £30 refund for the inconvenience but never received it after e-mailing them. I wouldn't buy from this company again.

I searched for months to get the silver cross wayfarer pram at the best possible price. I found BabyDino online and I have to say I was put off by some of the reviews. They offered me the pram I wanted with a free car seat saving me over £170. I could not get this deal anywhere else so I just had to go for it. It seemed to good to be true but I cannot fault there service. I will definitely recommend them to friends and I will buy from here again and again. They offer free delivery and if you have any questions they answer them immediately. Please read this review before reading any of the others.

They understand how good customer service works - you help a customer today with something out of the ordinary, and they will 1) come back to you, and 2) send you more clients! I'll be using babydino again. Great service, especially when they had to chase a supplier for replacement parts.

Worst experience in online shopping ever!
Total disappointment! I ordered a pram via phone and finally got it after 13 frustrating weeks of waiting. The customer service was very careless, I had to drag out every word from them and they never called me back when promised to do it. It was me chasing every bit of information and calling them more often than my friends. After I got very pissed of and wanted to cancel my order they sent some late e-mails. In the end I got my pram but it did not come with any proof of purchase or receipt. I have nothing to proof that I am legal owner of the pram, not even an invoice.
Avoid at all cost! There are others much reliable web sites who will deliver their promises and take better care of customers than babybino.com
Worst service ever/ positive experience in the end
Ordered goods were supposed to be delivered next day. After 2 days (no contact from Babydino) called them just to be informed that I have to wait six weeks for goods to be delivered. As it was something I did not need promptly I agreed to that. Now after 7 weeks of waiting and still no contact from Babydino (it is me that has to call them and try to obtain an information) goods are still not deleivered. Avoid at all cost!
I decided to add two stars as after talking to the only reliable person in Babydino- Adam my problem has been professionally resolved. Now I am happy owner of the product I needed and I also got a compensation for all my inconveniences. It is a pity it took so long to solve my problem.
did not deliver pram in 48 hours, did not deliver at all
Found Babydino some time ago their web site looked good lots of nice looking toys and the pram we wanted, I phoned them to check order at no time did they tell me they had not got the item in stock, I ordered the item expecting 48 hour delivery ordered on a Thursday so expected the item by Tuesday. Wednesday the pram had not arrived, I phoned to chase on the Wednesday, the Thursday, and the Friday. I then asked for a refund which they said they would do. A week later no refund they have got some confused system error about how I paid. I did get the pram from another site paid for that one also so at present I have paid for 2 prams not a happy customer.
Promises lots
Promised next day delivery didn't materialise and eventually got the goods after three days. Wasted a day waiting for them to come. Didn't answer e-mail and gave up trying to get through on the phone after 20 mins. Got more info from UPS than this company.
