My Experience
I ordered sleeping bags which were speedily dispatched but somehow the Royal Mail took a while to deliver them. After a week I contacted the seller who were most helpful and offered to send a replacement immediately. I said I would wait a few more days and, finally they were delivered having lain in a bag with Royal Mail. I am delighted with the goods and would not hesitate to order from Baby Curls again

Item not delivered
5 days on and still not received my order emailed company to ask them to track it at 2 pm Friday. Had no response. Order was dispatched on a Monday not received till Saturday afternoon. Despite a no response from company on Friday the item has arrived and was exactly what I ordered.
