I’m writing this review on 4th of October. I placed an order since 21st of September. They refused to deliver my purchase and have stopped replying my messages.
Ordered the Harper 3 in 1 travel system on the 28/2/23, the website states fast delivery within 5-7days. Firstly I received an email stating there was a 14 day delay, the order was alkedgedly shipped on the 10/03 with a tracking number. Here I am still awaiting delivery, no further response to any emails. My pram has been in transit for 17 days and still does not appear to have moved since the 13/03 with no expected date of delivery given, absolutely shocking service, and false advertising stating fast delivery!!
We are soon to be new parents, the team were very helpful advising us on the best pram system to purchase. Delivery was fast, the pram is exactly as pictured with the added bonus of a few extras and assembly was very easy. We have now boxed away to use in June when our new arrival is due.
Im not usually one to leave feedback but feel that the service received it. Fast delivery and kept me upto date with my granddaughters pram. My daughter is also very happy with the pram
